Location: great location
It could have been better if the hotel staff was more professional and cooperative.

Excellent location

The hotel was very good overall The rooms are small, my room was delux room (35m seq.) but still you cannot move freely in the room since the area only in the length but the width was too small, The bedding was old and required to be changed with new (stains, torn,) The entry of the hotel is stairs so it difficlut for old people and baby strollers. Overall it was secured and comfortable.

Very small room.very bad elevators

I regret to be in this hotel. Very small room for 3 persons Expensive for nothing. Check out 12 noon or pay extra charge!!!!! It is a big mistake to have hotel with flight

Disappointed

We arrived early and we had to wait until 2pm for check in. At 2pm rooms were not available after talking to hotel Manger and expedia support we had to wait to get one room also we booked triple room for our kids which they could not provide and had to accept double bed room with late check in. One of the elevator failed was not fixed for all our stay and we had to wait for longtime to get to our rooms. Staff were nice and tried to help but short handed. They promised to give us late checkout till 5pm for our rooms but at time of check out we had to negotiate to get one room only for late checkout. Hotel location is great, food was fine, all hotel carpets are dirty bed linen clean but pillows were a pain.

Clean rooms in the heart of a great shopping area

Everything you need to see is in walking distance or a 10 minute cab ride

Second excellent staying

I really appreciate to the staff smile ,except the evening shift reception guy on 25 May he wasn't friendly. Over all l like my stay in the hotel.

good but no soundproofing

It was good, but the upper few levels were too loud due to the existence of a club or something on the top floor. We had a baby so that was unpleasant, also they gave us rooms on a smoking floor. No soundproofing, we were able to hear people having intercourse. and in another night people laughing loud all night.

Good stay but noisy rooms.
