Nice hotel, good location. Very clean room. Spacious room. Reasnable price. Uncomfortable pillow.

Nice hotel with good location

Room type wasn't like what was described when booked thru Expedia. It was misleading. Instead a family room I got 3 separate rooms

Good hotel with nice view on bosphorus

The hotel overall is a good one to stay especially with a family. It is in Taksim area which makes it easy to go around and walk to the Istiklal avenue which has many shops and restaurants of all kinds. People in the hotel are kind and cooperative and they try their best to help. On the other hand, the hotel rooms on pictures looks bright awesome but on reality they are not that much, it has a basic room setup that looks over-consumed that maybe needs new renovations and more cleanness. I had three rooms connected to host my family with sea view, but there is a nightclub at the nearby hotel side at the left side of our balcony that keeps the music and songs too high that was really annoying and disturbing the calmness of the hotel and its surrounding area.

Bad Experience

Pros: nothing
The staff where not cooperative and didn't respond to any notes,for example I didn't find any bath towels and asked the staff three times for bring ... at the end no towels in the room for full day . the second day I claimed to the duty manager after that they brought the towels.
