Very convenient location for what I wanted to do. Shopping is not far away. Eating is just around the corner. Unfortunately they have very noisy customers. It’s not hotels fault. But they need to be told to behave in a certain manner in the hotel so that the other hotel guests are not effected,

I really enjoyed the stay there for 5 nights,,if you are exploring the city & the hotel is just for rest then the hotel is a perfect choice The location is perfect & the staff is very helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean The only disadvantage is the hotel is an old hotel

10/10 service throughout stay. Excellent friendly service from all staff from the main reception to the cleaners. Lovely clean hotel in the heart of everything. Erin and Esmet are a gem to the hotel with their helpfulness. Location could not get any better with everything nearby.

So-so, but mostly good
I had the impression that I have booked a room with a balcony, but I got an ordinary tween room. It has to be indicated more clearly in the description - the type of room and the availability. Otherwise it was relatively OK considering the price. Enough space. The Wi-Fi was good. Helpful and kind people at the desk. Currently no breakfast due to the pandemic. The property needs some refreshment - especially the bathroom. The restaurants in the close vicinity are expensive, the staff tends to be deceptive especially with western looking foreigners and to charge extra. So you better watch the bill and go a little bit further down in Beyoglu...

The onlu things that u cant host anyone. If u bring your friend and if u stay with u as a guest they will charge u 15 euro.

Nice hotel, clean but the breakfast buffet was verry poor. The easy to find it. The staff are friendly.

Very Small room , AC facing you .
The room was too small ,you cant stand . the AC is directly facing the Bed if you turn it on you will get flue , if you turn it off you will get wet .the breakfast is sooo pure for 4* hotel, tv is very old , shower place is too small yo cant stand

Nice hotel , centre of Taxim , Very practical ..
Hard to find something wrong in this cozy hotel , This is the third time in under 2 years that i stayed at this hotel , so i do recommend it strongly
