Not a 5 star hotel

Standard Rooms for the amount you pay are too small at 20 sqm. You pay for a 5 star but get a budget 3 star size room. Also no bathtub just a shower. Big disappointment. Staff unresponsive to guests. I can’t say all but can comment about the doorman not doing his job and overall u friendliness. Never again.

Not very well

I stay on hotel for one week, with my family, first I booked normal rooms, but we shocked from room temperature it's so hot , I called the Reception to solve this problem, they sent the engineer for Air condition he told I cleaned and need 4 hours to cooling, After 8 hours it was same thing still hot nothing changed. We are not sleeping for first day , Next day I changed my room with flaying suite , but still the temperature high , so after that i I realized the problem on the hotel not on the room

nice hotel close to everything

the hotel offers a convenient location , but the food was below average for a five star and the room rate was high . with all that I was cheated with the billing . my room rate was supposed to be 219 $ per night for 3 guests . And when I got the bill I found an extra charge of 245 $ for the third guest(over the 3 night stay) which raise the rate to 315 $ pr night .wich was really a rip off .which was not mentioned when got the rate from expedia . .

Expensive n really rude staff

We had a €500 suite plus many other rooms for our group but there was nothing special and staff is very very rude.They wouldn't even put new sheets or clean the room properly but when it comes for taking tips they seem to understand English very well.

Staff needs to be more friendly the rooms amazing but the hours of the gym and pool are not good everything closes too early.
