An excellent located hotel

The hotel has English speaking staff and is located right in the centre of the European side close to bars, restaurants and is easily accessible from the airport. Other sides are very easy to visit, either a short walk or a quick metro ride.

They was OK but I think they don't have that much experience to deal with customers and make them happy because they don't really care about customers no wifi no laundry when you asking them about something you needed they don't care keep saying OkY later later

Great stay, great location for visitors and touris

We enjoyed our stay. Ver nice and helpful staff. Fairly great facilities for the price. Comfortable and clean. Has very nice restaurant at entrance. Overall great location and stay for the price. I'll stay again on my next visit.

Very small and bad management

The rooms are super small and not like the pictures, ;don't let the pictures fool you and when I let the hotel I don't want it they forced me and charged me 3 nights

Dear Sir, you booked our smallest (and of course cheapest) room which is 18sqm. We offered to change your room to 32 sqm but you didn't want and checked out early. For the next time we would suggest you to book one of our 32,65 or 75sqm room. Best regards,

Disappointed

Overall lm disappointed by the service at the reception and the size of the room ....I will not recommend this place to anyone ! Of course l like the area and next time l will be staying somewhere else ..

There might have been an oversight at the time of booking, when you might have missed noticing the size of the room. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Pros: the location
Cons: a lot specially there attitude dealing with the guest
Location: good area
I booked this hotel for 12 nights over the Christmas and New Year's holidays through Expedia, following other guest's reviews for being outstanding, but unfortunately it was disappointing. The room was very small en lieu of the price we paid for. Staff at reception were unhelpful. I felt at some point that they are having some issues with me personally. In order to sort the rooms out, I also phoned Expedia to assist with the booking as hotel staff were unhelpful to change the room and requested additional outrageous payment 50 euro a night which we refused to pay. Expedia in turn were equally unhelpful, they even ignored our calls and correspondence. For me personally, a well travelled individual, it was one of the worst experiences I ever had. Therefore, my advise is that guest who select certain hotels, should not particularly follow other guests review as it can be misleading. For additional £200 over the course of 12 days, we could have booked a top name hotel in Istanbul. We would rate this hotel 2 to 3 stars maximum.

Not a 4 star hotel!!!

I was in the lots of 4 stars hotels. For sure it was not a 4 star at all (comparing to 4 star Hotels in North America). The staff were very good. Room Clean and knit but super small lobby.
