The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. However, I stayed for four nights, and there was no room service. No cleaning, no pickup of trash, no refill, shampoo, etc. Generally, it was quiet. But on the second night, which happened to be the night before my conference presentation, a big truck parked outside of the building and made noise overnight. I did not sleep well at all, even with earplugs and sleeping pills. I stayed with Choice Hotel when I traveled to Williamsburg, VA in 2023. It was a great experience, but I don't think I will book this hotel at this location again in Tallahassee.

Night time staff was kind of hard to find once, but everything Else, including daytime staff was a 5. Very clean, comfortable bed. Great nights sleep!

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We left an item and called and they were able to retrieve and hold it for us to come back and pick it up. We checked in late, and staff was available to assist with check-in and very pleasant at that late hour.

If visiting students at TCC , FSU, and FAMU this is the best location. within 7 minutes drive to these campuses. Lots of restaurants in driving distance. Clean and friendly staff.

They put us right by the elevator which was noisy. There were diesel trucks parked and running all night outside our bedroom. The toilet ran all night which was loud and annoying. The next morning we had to check out at 4:30 am and there was no one to check us out. We had to call later on the phone to check out.

Everything was good about this hotel except for the breakfast. The breakfast options were ok but the taste/flavors of most of the items were not good at all. Staff were very responsive and prompt on our requests for additional items such as bedding items or toiletries, so we really appreciated that. Overall, the experience was nice and I will still recommend this place if visiting Downtown area of Tallahassee.

Room was clean and comfortable, with nice shower and immediate hot water. Hot breakfast was consistent the 7 days we were there, with scrambled egg patties, sausage or bacon (alternate days), biscuit and gravy, waffles, pastries, cold cereal, and fruit. My wife used the laundry twice and was quite satisfied. Note that the heated pool is outdoors, so our early January trip was too cool to take advantage of that amenity. My only complaint was that after having chocolate chip cookies in the lobby the first night (Monday), they were not available the rest of our stay. All in all, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

It it extremely easy to book the reservation through Expedia and check-in was a breeze, especially considering we arrived around midnight. They did not collect a deposit. The room was basic but clean. Nothing special, but nothing wrong with it either. Check out was also simple and fast. I would recommend this hotel.

Ok I guess.
It was a pretty nice stay, everything looked pretty decent, the girl from night time was super nice and respectful. The room was spacious and comfortable, we did see roaches on more than three times. Breakfast was very early and ended at 930 which it blows my mind since you are on vacation.

The Genlemen that checked me in and out was First Class, very welcoming. The room smelled like an ash tray and the front door does not latch without night latch or forcing door closed. The lady tending to the breakfast supplies needs some customer service training. She makes you feel like you are an inconvenience to her

Clean and inexpensive but just an average stay
It was basically a clean place to stay and didn't break the bank. Evening staff was not friendly, didn't ask for ID and barely spoke. Room was clean but matress was uncomfortable - very firm. Breakfast was provided but was not great unless you like cereal or cold pre-cooked eggs. Checkout staff was obviously management and was very personable and apologetic for evening staff without me even saying anything. She was on top of customer service and saved this review!! A friendly hello and a little conversation goes a long way in making customers feel welcome!

The hotel overall was fine but my individual room smelled awful. There must have been a smoker in the room and the staff tried to cover up the smell with air freshener. It was like a bad rental car and made the overall stay less than ideal for the $400/night price tag.
