At 1:30am someone gained access to our room and walked into our room. I am unsure how this person came into our room - but it was the strangest and most unnerving feeling. I thought we were about to be robbed. I yelled at the intruder and the person quickly ran out of our room. I attempted to call the front desk to report this, but nobody answered. I’ll never come back to this hotel again.

The remote for the tv did not work. Had to request a different remote 3 times! The service in the “so called” restaurant was very bad. The attendant was on his phone mostly. He did not know what a draft beer was. He took my husbands food order, gave him water, put order in and never asked for mine. We had been traveling for hours, needed a nice break. Not sure what was wrong with the server, but he did not want to be there, not at all interested in serving us.

Hotel was clean and comfortable but outdated a bit. Room thermostat did not work. No answer when calling for maintenance. Extremely disappointed to learn that the hotel restaurant and bar would not be opening due to low registration numbers. Specifically chose this location and paid a higher rate than other available options because I didn’t want to have to leave the hotel for food after arriving

Some of the staff were not the most friendly. At breakfast, even though it was a paid breakfast, they had run out of fruit and on the second day they could not even give me a glass of warm milk for my son. They said they were out of milk and could only give me half and half. They also kind of made a face when I said I needed it warmed up. Very unlike experiences I have had at Marriott properties before. I am very unlikely to stay here again if I were to visit Tallahassee

This is the noisiest place I have ever stayed! Just needed a quiet place to sleep before an early flight. Instead, people yelling, loud in the halls, housekeeping vacuuming in the evening, banging vacuum into every door, and slamming doors all night. Neighbor slammed door at least 6 times over and over at 10:30 pm. Not peaceful, not restful…

Nice and easy location to FSU and our daughter’s apt! Right by Target and other great places that parents need for their college students. A new Mexican restaurant just opened nearby and it was fabulous!

Messing around with room rates. No TV
No hot water in sink, no fan in bathroom to get rid of steam, AC unit was extremely loud, I was charged 140.00 more the second night than the first night. Two nights for over 600.00? No breakfast amenities? No TV service at all. Just so disappointed in everything, and we thought for the cost, it should be near perfect, I thought it was a nice hotel. But won’t stay here again and my daughter goes to school here.

Although the property was very clean and our experience at check in was excellent, on our second night, I requested additional towels at the front desk so that my family could use the pool. After waiting over an hour, we never received the towels, therefore we were unable to use the pool amenity that was part of the reason we booked with you. The front desk worker that evening was very snide and unhelpful.

I needed a place close to hospital. Was very convenient. Cafe was nice, but expensive. Employees were very pleasant and helpful. Room was excellent, very clean and remodeled recently I'm thinking. Would stay there again.

The communication between the hotel and Expedia was incomplete. I booked a room for $114. plus breakfast for two for $10. The receipt reflected the room for $124. At check-in I was told just to order 1 entre and 1 beverage each and there would be no additional charge. This morning at breakfast they would not honor that. Since the receipt did not reflect both the room and breakfast, we were denied breakfast.
