Ok but pricey

We were in town for FSU parents weekend so we had to take what we could get but the room was very big and of no extra value to us. Designed for longer term guests that may want lots of room .

The hotel was clean and comfortable, reasonably priced, and close to good restaurants and traffic arteries.

There is nothing in the rooms to cook or eat with.

Pros: Just a hotel.
Cons: Almost everything.
Location: Thank goodness there are plenty of placed to eat.
Being an extended stay with a kitchenette, you have to ask for anything for the kitchen. Pool is very small. The "breakfast" was coffee and granola bars. Pretty spendy for almost no perks!

No Continental Breakfast as advertised

Waited until 6:00am for the breakfast to be served as I need to head to an early event in the morning. It was 6:10am and no one at the reception until I finally saw a guy setting up coffee machines on top of a small table at the lobby. When asked where is breakfast he said "this is it, we no longer offer continental breakfast", Just coffee and some grab and go items. Very disappointing.

Ok in a pinch!

The hotel is clean, but needs updating. Bedding not comfortable. We also requested extra bedding for the pull out sofa from the staff and it was never brought up.

Nice stay

Very short but nice stay, we love it. Now we have another option when traveling. The most important ! They allow pets . Very clean, children under 17 stay free, and you can enjoy home cooked meal, they will provide everything to make your stay comfortable

I had a very pleasant stay.

Pros: the cleanness,
Cons: the breakfast is terrible
Location: there are many restaurants nearby you can reach in a short walk.
this was my first trip to Tallahassee and the hotel was a found in a quick search on the internet .I could not have a better experience!!. The hotel is very neat and clean .the staff super courteous and attentive. there was one of the front desks who gave me a very warm welcoming.

When we arrived, there was a note indicating that the room had been cleaned for our stay. However, neither the bathroom nor the kitchen was cleaned so we did it ourselves. The carpet was stained, the hotel did not provide a nightly clean service which we didn't become aware of until arrival, so we had to take our own trash out daily as well as request clean towels each day. Upon the end of our stay, we went to check out early and unfortunately, the after hours agent responded with "so what, do you want a receipt"? Finally, after standing there until he got it together or remembered he was at work, we were told that we would not be given a receipt or anything as proof that we'd actually checked out of the hotel. The guy, whose name was Divante' argued with me and said, "I don't know where you usually stay but we don't give any kind of documentation upon checking out, you'll have to get that from Expedia"! I explained that I've never had that kind of experience before during the other times I've used Expedia and that I needed some kind of proof that I'd actually checked out before leaving. Finally, the guy jotted something down on paper and gave it to me. This just topped off an already disappointing stay. I have to say that I will not recommend the hotel to anyone in the future.
