Unique circular-shaped hotel, but the staff's knowledge at the front desk is concerning. We had issues with our room keys multiple times, and whenever there was an issue the front desk employee asked "What's your room number?" and then re-programmed the card for us. There was no verification said room belonged to us. What kind of security is that!? They re-program door keys without making sure it's your room! So after re-programming our door keys 3 times in 2 days, they also double charged us for the stay. It takes 3-5 days for the refund to be applied back to your account - I hope you aren't short on cash! The lack of training and knowledge of this staff is concerning.

The mumbling front desk attendant didnt provide the level of service I expected and have experienced here in the past. The other staff - especially breakfast staff were amazing. The room had no mini fridge - and ice machine dispensed a small tumbler worth of ice at a time. Very weird and a downgrade from lower-starred hotels. The shower diverted 1/4 of the water into the bath as one tried to shower. A lower experience from some staff and some of the facilities makes me luke warm from choosing this facility again.

Our room smelled like mold or mildew. The room was dingy and very run down. The mattress was hard with an egg crate under the sheets. The sheets were rough. Housekeeping barely touched the room when cleaning. Front desk staff were not engaged. Not a good experience. Won’t stay here again.

Loved the property and especially the assistance of the front desk reception who facilitate check in on 4/3. He was amazing and wonderful. The food at the bar was also phenomenal and service was great!

Property is tired and needs a renovation. Furnishings and bathroom need to be updated. There is no noise insulation, so you can hear everything in the hall as if it were in the room. Bed was comfy and front desk staff were great.

When I booked the room, I was told that the room was sold out and there was no room. The two beds turned into one bed and the smoking room was very smelly. I didn't sleep for one night and the experience was very bad. No apology was given to us.

We were given a room directly across from an elevator so it was very noisy. The hotel didn’t appear to be busy on Wed., Feb 21st. A better location would have been nice. Three electrical outlets didn’t work on the desk. The hot and cold water was reversed on the shower. I will note they were properly labeled, but still could have been a safety hazard.

Nice hotel. I love the size of the rooms and the views with the large windows. Their system for charging $18 for a self service breakfast buffet and then using a free breakfast coupon to cover it but still with an expectation to tip the person who brought me my glass of water seems a little ridiculous. Also the bathroom fixtures were loose and outdated. That being said, the staff were great and the rooms were clean. Definitely will visit again.

PERFECT!!!! Wonderful hotel! We came for an FSU basketball game and it was an easy walk to the stadium! The hotel was clean and comfy and amazing! I was unsurprised there wasn’t a refrigerator (or microwave) but no biggie! It was a great experience. Great area too!
