We really appreciate the staff for allowing us to do early check-in as we were traveling 4 hours for a funeral. It was a great stay. The staff were friendly and the facility is really nice.

No towels available. We checked in 4 guests and had 2 towels. We ask for extra 2 towels and they were out. They said check back in the morning . The next day same story, another guest also asked for extra towels and same answer.

The bed was dirty sheets had blood spots on them, floors in room were dirty and the wall in The shower were dirty! No linen available only had. Wash cloth and 2 towels! The people that worked there responded with no we do t for anything you ask! The food for the breakfast was horrible watered down juices and the pancake machine didn’t work! No napkins they were out! However true bed was very comfortable!

FILTHY ! Literally NO housekeeping!
Filthy.. absolutely filthy, ZERO room housekeeping the entire week I had to endure ! I will never stay at that location again ! I have pictures of what I was forced to deal with, that I intend to share on social media. I want corporate to contact me ! They should be embarrassed ! Had to clean the toilet upon arrival. De-conned everything that was in room when I got home. No excuse for this after paying $150 a night

I stayed at this location one year ago and they were finishing remodeling the motel at that time so I overlooked a lot as I knew they were rebuilding. Staying there this year the remodel is done but the place is in complete shambles. Trash everywhere all the time , overflowing trash cans at all times , dirty towels piled in the hallway that stayed there my entire 2 day stay. After my first nights stay my room was not tidied up or replenished with towels and coffee etc . Also the pool area is not secured and the locals for miles around come and go to use the pool as their own. I believe the staff knew them and allowed it. This was my second stay at this location and it will be my last. Very disappointed.

This is the second time staying in Perry and hopefully my last as both hotel experiences were not good. This trip I upgraded to Holiday Inn which is usually pretty decent but this location seems to have an issue drying out the rooms as the air conditioner smelled musty and so did the pillows. I get it that it’s Florida but in 2023 you would think hospitality would have it figured out.

Overall fine with staffing issues
Overall the stay was fine. Checking in was a challenge as the front desk employee was repairing an A/C unit(as she advised me). I waited(with 3 kids) at least 15-20 minutes for her to return to the desk. The other guest(in line before me) just wanted a towel since none were located in the workout room. She did not have the same patience as I and she stormed off as she was waiting for about 5-10 minutes prior to my arrival.

Good for a "small town" hotel
Put my sister up here, while she was visiting. Check in was quick and the reservation was in order. My sister found the room clean, quiet, and comfortable. She had only two minor issues with it. The first issue she had was the bed being too high. She is under 5' 5", and she had to actually "hop" into bed. The second minor issue was the body wash container in the bath was empty throughout her stay. She brought her own, so it wasn't a big deal for her, but may be for the next person. The continental breakfast was standard and checkout was with no problems. Overall, a good stay.

I liked how close it was to the food options and I was impressed that there appeared to be a charger on the property. If I do have to go back, I will stay there vs the other options in the area for sure and might even take a chance and drive an EV.
