Beds are awful. Backache for sure. The bathroom was not clean. Bed was covered but not made on my second night stay. Poor cleaning

All of our beds were replaced in March, so not much we can do there as they are still very new but the rest of this will be addressed with our housekeeping team to ensure this was an isolated incident which is corrected moving forward. Nice stay, bathroom has little privacy. Great for couples. We had a good experience. Probably best Hotel in Tallahassee, but not the one w best location

Consider others if staying for business...

Blood on the sheets at check in. When the rooftop bar closed at 2 am the elevators were loud with people riding down and getting off on floor. Room was 4th floor and on street and could hear voices on street below, not to mention traffic. Very loud! Being the most expensive in the market, not worth it.

Great location, Shulas is great, bed uncomfortable

I love the location and Shulas is always great. But the beds in this hotel really need updated. The mattresses are finished and the head of my bed tilted down which is never good. Not comfortable. Also the valet gave us a hard time because my son was pulling a small 4x8 trailer and they insisted he couldn't use two spaces in the lot, and had to just find metered parking somewhere on a street outside the hotel. We have stayed there so many times and will be looking elsewhere.

Horrific experience

Cons: When a guest brings up an error needing improvement acknowledge them, be epithetic, offer a resolution and compensation for the negative experience.
Location: Front desk recommended restaurant for lunch. She referred us to one 7 blocks walking distance, we arrived and they were only open for dinner!
Shower was clogged with massive amount of hair and would not drain, coffee maker had left over coffee grinds in it and there was no toilet paper. We called hotel staff and were insured a manager would be reaching out to us, never happened. The fire alarm went off and once we were finally able to reach the front desk there was reasoning other than "don't worry about it." Starbucks coffee was cold and they got our order wrong! Stick to a hotel where cleanliness, customer focus and service are a top priority!

Nice hotel and terrific staff. The room and especially the bathroom are very small. I would say the double room is more of a single.

Duval okay, but not worth the extra money.

Nice, but several cosmetic flaws. Light bulbs burned out, black mildew in shower, ceiling fire sprinklers slightly falling out, area under window air conditioner peeling and bad water damage needing repair. Nice place, but it looks like it's lacking needed attention. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We moved hotels across the street for the above reaaons, and there is no swimming pool.
