Ok experience

We checked in past 10 because we were driving in from MS, having to wait outside the lobby was awkward. It made us feel unwelcome. The breakfast was alright. The room smelled funky. The price was right, so that's why we chose this hotel.

La ubicación del hotel nos favoreció para el propósito del viaje. La instalaciones estaban bien, el personal de la recepción fue amable, la habitación estaba limpia y el desayuno variado. Muy buena relación precio calidad

I knew I didn't book my stay at the Ritz, but when I arrived that night and found that I could not even walk into the lobby,I instantly thought "what have I done". I had to speak to the clerk through a glass window. I did not feel I was in a safe neighborhood. The clerk gave us (2 women) a room on the 1st floor. I didn't feel safe as it was, so I certainly wasn't going to stay on the 1st floor. I asked for a room on the second floor. When we got to our room, it was stiflingly hot. Took quite a while to cool down. The people in the room next to us were up most of the night going in and out and letting the door bang behind them. Since my dog was with me, he barked everytime their door banged shut. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, though. I will never stay there again. Didn't feel safe at all. In all fairness though, the room was relatively clean.
