Our bedroom window was next to an expressway. We were on the ground level and the noise from othet rooms was annoying. Constant thumping could be heard from people in other rooms. One morning, there was drlling going on at 7:50 am less than 2 feet from our bedroom window!

Loved the suite we stayed in, it felt like a small air bnb. They served a nice breakfast with multiple options to choose from: cereal, eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, a waffle maker to make your own waffles, bagels, and oatmeal. They had a beautiful sitting area with fire pit and indoor pool. A small gym area. Everything was clean. I will definitely be booking here again.

Shenika the front desk clerk was fabulous. The coffee maker in our room was inoperable and the iron leaked water and would not heat up.

Very nice
This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our long journey this trip. The staff was excellent! The room was big and clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a nice hotel to stay at.

Stop on way south
This was our first time at a residence Inn and we loved our room. The studio was large and comfortable. The shower was large. Breakfast was good, the waffles were the best we have tasted in a while. We will definitely be back.

did not get the 2 bedroom suite with fireplace that I booked because they overbooked. had to stay multiple rooms away from the rest of my family and no fireplace. Won't likely ever stay in a residence inn again. Kitchen utensils were shoddy and the room had candy bar wrapper on the floor and non functioning bedside lamp because it was unplugged when I plugged it in I found a telephone cord discarded by the staff behind the table.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean. The only negative was the bathroom area with toilet and tub/shower was very small. The toilet sat very low. Other than that everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

A Great Stay
A wonderfully clean and friendly environment. The suite was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was provided with a good variety of foods to select from. A great stay and a location that I would highly recommend.

Okay
Room met our need for a place to sleep while visiting FSU. Breakfast is fine. I was a little bit disappointed with the accommodations. First, the sofa bed had an older mattress and visible springs, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Second, the furniture is overcrowded in the living room. Third, the indoor pool is cold and uncomfortable to use. Great TV options, conveniently located to freeway (although a bit of a drive to FSU). Kitchen had everything one needs.
