I travel a lot, and this hotel was one of the best that I've stayed at. It was very well maintained, real new looking, and the rooms were phenomenal. The grounds are exemplary, and overall the stay with first class!

Booked a king suite through Expedia. Arrived and only a queen suite was available. Would not have picked this hotel if we knew this. Breakfast was ok…most items were out (juice machine, milk). Hotel was running short staffed.

It was very obvious the bedding had not been changed. I’m not just talking about sheets either. There was hair and debris under the sheets as well as on the sheets.

This property sits on a private lake that has an over water gazebo. Very relaxing "backyard" whether you sit on the back porch, bbq at the 2 outdoor areas, or sit over the water. The room offerings allow for all types of ttavellers comfort. The beds are very comfy. They offer both firm and soft pillows. The kitchen areas allow for a full size meal prep and service as well as just quick snacks. The fridge also has an ice maker so no trips down the hall for refills. The FREE laundry is awesome! The only thing that I was displeased with was the breakfast. There needs to be more than 1 waffle maker. There was no milk available for the cereal offering. Having trays available to make it easy for parents to make multiple meals at once for multiple children.

Room was very clean and had lots of room to spread out. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Property was clean. Check in was easy. Breakfast buffet had hot and cold selections and was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

The shower was luke warm. The area doesn’t have many options to eat. The breakfast is advertised on the website as 6:30, but was told at the counter that they don’t serve until 7:30 on Saturday and Sunday, and the AC never cooled the room. For the price, I would expect better.

Didn't think the front desk worker was very attentive. It's a hotel, so I shouldn't be "bothering you" by checking in. When we got into our room, the sofa bed wasn't made up, that's ok, but there were not enough linens to make it. When we called down to the front desk to ask, there supposedly were no more blankets in the entire hotel to give. Body wash in shower was also empty when we checked in. We feel comfortable staying here, but have not spent the night yet. However, the fact that we just got here and have an experience isn't the best first impression you want to give guests.

My sister and I loved our two bedroom suite! It was affordable. The suite was clean and I love that there is no carpet! The staff was super friendly. We can’t say enough good things about this place! The lake, the pier, the deck! Perfect!!

Everything was great , the room was spacious, it came to plates and cups to use , the bed was very comfy and clean , we did find some hair on the towels but we just put em aside , the breakfast is great with different options. The only bad moment was the lady at the front counter when we checked in , she didn’t look too happy, my husband even said she wasn’t welcoming at all , but everything was perfect .
