The property was fine except that I paid for a non-smoking room and they gave me a room heavily impregnated with smoke odor every: towels, sheets, curtains. I asked for another room or at least a change of sheets but didn’t get any room service during my 2-night stay. They applied an ozone spray, but the smell didn’t dissipate.

The hotel was convenient, but the signage was poor, there was garbage in the hallway which smelled bad, and breakfast was less than desirable. The oatmeal did look good but there were no bowls available.

I did not realize that the building was setup like two story apartment buildings. It was very hard to find the office because it looked like every other entrance. The refrigerator had an open soda drink and the shelf was dirty. ( The manager did clean it, promptly.) The window seal was dirty and there was a roach in the shower. The conditioner container in the shower was empty, so my hair was like straw. The staff were very nice and friendly, though.

When the came to the hotel late there were no parking spots there were two big trucks taking up 10 spots so i went in to ask where am I suppose to park at, she mentioned theres an overflow parking lot and i told her you have two trucks taking up most if the spots and she tells me “well we tell people not to do that but they dont listen” maybe needs to be more strict, so i have to walk in the dark quite a ways
