Nice hotel in good location but not a great room.

Posted Jul 11, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: The shower head leaked and the shower drained very slowly. The room had poor ventilation.
Location: Very central location in the old town of Tallinn.
The hotel was quite nice and in a good location but some of the rooms (mine included) are below ground level and have no windows. I knew that and the lack of natural light wasn't a problem but the room was quite stuffy and poorly ventilated (no air conditioning). The shower head leaked spraying water into the bathroom and the shower drained very slowly meaning it flooded into the bathroom.

Convenient location in old town

Posted May 15, 2017
Room was surprisingly light and spacious given the dark and intricate corridors. Access was by a tight steep spiral staircase and some other steps so difficult for those with heavy luggage or mobility problems. Breakfast was no more than OK. I was there on a spring Saturday night, and there was a lot of noise until 4.30 am.

Within easy walking distance of main attrations

Memorable and hotel room very quiet. Stumbled across a Depeche Mode bar very close to the town hall square. Free walking tour daily in town square hall in English. Fascinating City but probably not good for disabled because of the cobbles but that's part of Tallinn's charm.

Spacious room, helpful staff, great location!!

Location: The location was excellent! I would recommend having a morning coffee at Maiasmokk, which is just down the road :)
The room was very spacious!! I visited in March and was really grateful for the floor-heating in the bathroom :) Being in the middle of Old Town, the location is absolutely fantastic!! The staff was very helpful, but sometimes I wish they had smiled more. But as I said, they were really helpful and nice :)

All superb except the wifi

Posted Feb 25, 2017 on Orbitz
Pros: Comfortable room with private sauna; Breakfast; Perfect location, Good price.
Cons: Wi-Fi connection
Location: Location is excellent! In the heart of old town!
Everything in the hotel was perfect: comfortable, clean, warm room with private sauna, delicious breakfast with many choices of dishes, friendly stuff (they didn't mind to change the first room, which was very cold, with toilet leakage smell...), excellent location and etc.. EXCEPT the Wi-Fi connection. I was staying in the basement room without windows and unfortunately there was no Wi-Fi in the room. I was staying for 2 weeks, so it was pretty difficult to stay offline for so long.

No frills hotel; not accessible

Posted Feb 3, 2017 on Hotels
The rooms are down a spiral, very narrow staircase. If you have large luggage it would be incredibly hard to maneuver getting it down the steps. Additionally, the front door staff wasn't very pleasant or friendly.
