Great first experience! very clean room and everything is manageable fo find

Clean room, relaxing tub and convenient location for walking.

The staffs are nice and friendly. Overally its a decent experience as the hotel is on the older side. However, the phone in the room did not work and was not fixed despite asking front desk and bell desk to have it fix. While it is not an absolute necessity to have a phone, it was troublesome to go down to front desk to get room service or have our lugguage deliver. The hotel located next to multiple shopping centers so there were options. The food were a bit disappointing, espcially since they are expensive.

Staff was great!!! Didnt go shopping nor did i get the chance to try the spa. Pool was great. Do wish it was easier to identify when lounge chairs were no longer in used. Notice alot with used towels but not many ppl in the pool to claim them as being in used.

Great set up. All rooms are pretty much pool side. Staff were super friendly/helpful.
