“Didn’t make it to the room… Front office clerk was sketchy not helpful very odd. However, ignored that and thought it would be ok but were directed to go to the back end of the hotel to enter closer to our room and the card entrance was completely broke hanging off of the exterior wall. The pools and entertainment areas were broken. Not a good experience. The La Quinta 2 minutes away was a great experience and better atmosphere!”

“Love that there is.no carpeting in the rooms.”

“A really nice place. Great price for a clean and comfortable place to rest. Front desk was a little bit of an issue as the attendant was missing in action when we arrived. After, maybe 10 minutes waiting, he came back.”

“Parking lot on property plenty with easy access”

“Everything was nice but you can't walk to anything there. You need a car to go get something to eat.”

“If your arriving at night time be cautious, night staff was not at front desk and took more than an expected time to come open. I called the property and was unsuccessful in getting help and I even contacted Expedia. After 15 min. of waiting and wondering if we would be able to access our room, he finally opened the door. No explanation no apology and no conversation at all. Beds squeaked with every turn during sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

“Close to shopping and restaurants. ”

“The room was somewhat clean,it had a lot of smudged marks everywhere like they used dirty rags too clean with ,the hall smelled like Marijuana all night and they had some undesirables hanging out by the back doors all night. ”

“The hotel is very close to the University of Kentucky, with an Oriental supermarket and various dining options nearby.”
