"The hotel is older and needs some updating. Carpet had stains and our toilet overflowed multiple times. We had to go to the front next in the middle of the night for extra towels and a plunger. There was no ice machine on the premises and even with it being an extended stay where you would think there would be cups, paper towels, etc. in the room. There were none. Staff was friendly and the location was convenient to where we were going while in town."

"This was one of the smoothest rentals I have experienced. The host was very communicative and transparent AND accommodating. The space was perfect for our group and the beds were very comfortable. I slept better here than 90% of the places I have stayed. The game room and hot tub were wonderful additions to our trip and are sure to keep your group entertained. I wish we had more time here just to hang out at the house. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and even had Tupperware, spices and tin foil for our group to use. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Honestly, a great place to stay when you come to town."

"I was there Thursday through Sunday. Room was clean, front desk very friendly, but breakfast was not monitored very well. Hot items not refilled, one morning not any fresh fruit, twice no hot water for tea and three out of four coffees were empty. No one wiping down tables. You had to actively look for help, no one was ever coming out and checking surroundings"

"The room was nice and clean. The Hotel worker that checked us in asked if we would want a handicapped accessible room, which I gladly accepted. I had a broken foot and my husband has issues with balance. We were very disappointed with the walk in shower. It was very narrow and the floor sloped down to the drain and it was very slippery. The shower curtain wasn't long enough and water sprayed out onto the floor making it very slippery. The shower head was a detachable one at shoulder level so you had to hold it to get water on yourself and had to make sure it was pointed towards the back wall so water would not go everywhere. Also had the shower curtain so close it just stuck to you while trying to wash off. Along with the water pressure going in and out. It was a very negative shower experience. On another note, the luggage carts were in poor shape and extremely hard to maneuver. Just will not return to this location again."

"This was the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. The sink was cracked from drain to overflow. It stunk of air freshener and stale smoke. There were pieces is the floor board missing. There were cigarette burns on the tub. The door was flithy with years of dirty hands opening and closing it. There was no street sign to find it. It was adjacent to a strip club. There were no cups. The head board was all chipped. Gross, gross, gross. The health department should be called."
