The smell in the room was horrible,old damp smell,lobby had air freshener and smelled great,I would Not stay there again ,felt like it was dirty

Horrible stay ever.

Initial stay was quiet, and towards the end of our stay was horrible due to renovation. We had to be cautious not to trip over all the curtain materials spreaders all over the hallways. Besides, they couldn't wait till at 8 am to do the drilling or loud noises.

Muito bom!

Hotel muito bom. Próximo do Sawgrass, cerca de 45 minutos do aeroporto, ideal para quem está a caminho de Orlando. O quarto é bem espaçoso, limpo, tem tudo que precisa. Só não gostamos da claridade à noite devido as luzes de fora e o fato da cortina não fechar bem embaixo. Vale a pena e recomendo!

Buen hotel de acuerdo al precio. Solo falta remodelación urgente de las habitaciones. Excelente servicio de los recepcionistas en especial del recepcionista que es de baja estatura, muy servicial el.

My 4th stay at this hotel

I make trips to the area about once a quarter and this was my 4th stay at this hotel over the past year. One major improvement that I noticed this time is that WiFi speed is now acceptable. Previously, WiFi speed was painfully slow. One big disappointment, however, was that the hotel has eliminated MSNBC from their TV channel line up. Because of that, I am not likely to return to this hotel. I stayed at suite 428 this time on the 4th floor of "the tower". The room was very clean and in overall good condition and the bed was comfortable. Bathtub didn't drain well and bathtub faucet valve appeared to be broken, as it was difficult to shut the water. If you stay in the tower, you will probably meet the house cleaning supervisor who is a lady in her 60s. On your check out date, if you are not out of your room by the check out time of 11:00am, she will knock on your door at 11:00:00 sharp, essentially demanding (in a polite way) that you leave.

Hoher Standard für den Preis!

Schickes Hotel mit großen Zimmern, alles sehr gepflegt. Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir erhielten noch einen Willkommensgruß. Super Lage um in der Sawgrass Mall zu shoppen. In ca. 12 min. von dort zu erreichen. Die Sawgrass Mall ist von der Angebotsvielfalt eine der besten in Florida. Von dem Hotel waren wir wirklich positiv überrascht!

Worn out rooms

Pros: The location.
Cons: Room maintenance and cleaning
Location: Well located close to restaurants and shopping; 15 minutes' drive to the Sawgrass Mills Mall
The hotel seems worn out and 'tired', qualities we have not seen in other Comfort Suites before. The room showed dusty lamps and areas and to top it all, we saw a live cockroach next to the bed during the night. When we complained the next morning, the front desk clerk reacted very properly and sent over a supervisor that same morning. Within an hour someone came to spray the room professionally. We stayed there three nights and saw no more signs of roaches. There were several holes in the walls that may give an impression of negligent maintenance practices. Breakfast was nice and was well attended to by the personnel. The location of the hotel was very convenient also.
