“I like to stay here for a few nights on arrival in Costa Rica to get aclimatised. The property is quite large with lots of birds to photograph. Staff are all very helpful, food was great so it's hard to beat.”

“The blinds were so thin you can see inside the rooms. The door had no locks from the inside. Ants were always everywhere even at dinner time. Only one sweet lady who did an amazing job running the entire place and it seemed like I was the only one there at the time. This spa is not a good place too stay. Not even an iron or air conditioner was in the rooms at all either and list goes on. Stay away!”

“I love this place! It is near SJO airport, so very convenient for an early flight connection. Full kitchen available for your use, beds are very comfortable, and staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!”

“Good spot near the airport. Clean place, good brakefast. Plenty of things around. Staff is nice and helpful. A bit noisy, the walls and doors are thin, but for the price, everything was perfect. ***Only one parking space. You need to reserve in advance (10U$D). REALLY narrow(!) but manageable with a medium sized car (Hyundai Tucson)***”

“Spent the night after my flight and before taking the shuttle to Arenal. Daniel and his sweet wife were great!!! They are wonderful people, helped me with everything I needed and everything was from their hearts! The rooms are basic but clean, nice little garden. It is about 15-20 minutes away from the airport so you would hear every plane very loud but you would hear the same from any other hotel in that area.”

“The breakfast was excellent! Everything is super clean in the room. The staff is super friendly and professional. My only complaint is the comfort of the bed and the fact that you can hear a lot of noise (the walls aren't very soundproof).”

“It served the purpose of getting us close to the airport for our early morning departure. My husband ended up with bed bug bites on his arm. I didn’t have any issues.”

“We stayed in a shipping container! It wasn't a real room. It was cold. They provided us with 2 noisy space heaters that didn't heat enough. Sheets and blankets felt itchy. We couldn't sleep much. Staff was nice. Location and view were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. I don't recommend to stay there if you are hoping for a nice comfortable stay. ”
