“This property was surprisingly affordable for a 2B/2b townhome. The location is really convenient to so many things — medical, hair salons, restaurants, gas stations, CVS — seemed like anything we needed was within a 5-10 minute drive. (Both bedrooms are upstairs, if that matters to anyone.)Property is not new or fancy/high tech (and a few of the nearby duplexes are needing to be upgraded) but 617 was in very good shape (especially for a pet friendly unit), clean, safe, and very comfortable....

“We arrived late at night (which was a little tricky) and spent the next three days really relaxing. The view from the balcony was amazing, and I watched pelicans fish, and saw a dolphin. The property had wonderful amenities. The pool was perfect, and the gym and court areas were also very nice. It was a perfect base location for a relaxing getaway. ”

“My husband and I Love Little Harbor. Everything we like all in one safe, friendly, away from the big tourist areas resort style community. It's still within an hour drive to all the big beaches for the true beach days. But; for a SeaBay beach, Little Harbors is small, clean, great view and right next to the Sunset Grill with music all day and night. Clean pools, great fishing pier, grounds are kept nice and good for walking. Hooks restaurant is also there and serves good food and has great...

“I stayed at the loft for UofTampa move in. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Very comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean. Less than 10 min drive to campus which was perfect. 3 mins to one of our favs, Armature Works and 15 mins to all the stores we needed. Lisa, the host was so responsive. I couldn’t beliwve how quickly she responded when I had a couple of questions.Easy parking in building lot. ”
