The room was dirty, some of the floor tiles were coming out of the floor, the tub was dirty. We had to pay $4 additional fee per day and we had to request service for the room before 9. O top of that the breakfast options were terrible

You definitely get what you pay for. The most important things for me were safety, no bugs, and a clean bed. This motel just barely met those qualifications. There were no bugs in my room, but I kept my flip flops on every time I was standing. I especially advise keeping them on in the shower since they clearly don’t clean it. There was visible mold and the previous guest’s hair was still on the wall and handrail. The carpet left the bottoms of my shoes sticky. There were also some kids outside playing with fire and some kind of sparklers? The area looked pretty unsafe so I brought all of my belongings inside from my car, even the ones that weren’t valuable. Keep in mind this isn’t a hotel, it’s a motel. The “hallway” was basically outside and smelled like urine. Overall I’d say it wasn’t so bad that I needed to check out early, but I wouldn’t stay there again unless I had no other options.

The quirk is that you have to ask for housecleaning before 9 AM or it doesn’t happen. Staff were very accommodating with a room change request due to late night noise

First thing is Expedia booked the wrong kind of room. But the hotel got us the room we booked. Expedia booked a bed when if fact we booked a room with two beds. The room could have been a little cleaner. But all in all the staff was amazing. The pool area was great and clean. If you are staying more than two days ,you have to ask for towels and to have your room cleaned.

I am a returning patron, They are a friendly staff, it’s a clean and maintained place. As a solo traveler I had no safety concerns. Love the courtyard and pool.. easy access to many areas.

It was a nice looking place. What I did notice is the floors in my room were not clean. I walked bate foot and when I got in the shower I noticed a lot of dirt from my feet.

Cleanliness of my room was an issue. Floors were not clean, towels had hairs from previous people embedded in them. The sound reduction between the shared door was non-existent. I could hear every single word / movement the room next door was making.

Not a Hilton
Its not a Hilton. Its an older building but good if your not willing to pay Hilton prices. Low rates only apply if using 3rd parties. This hotel did refuse to add us another night by am clerk and wanted $175.00 definitely NOT worth it! So they lost $ and we booked elsewhere 3rd party.
