The room smelled moldy/musky. My wife was planning on working in the room but had to work in the lobby. There was a beeping noise coming from the tv all day and night. Housekeeping left the bathroom trash on the sink next to our items. Very unsanitary. The room had peeling paint and the ceiling was half painted.

When we arrived, after we had paid in full with Expedia, we were told we had to pay a hotel fee of $8 plus tax to get our keys to the room, because Expedia did not charge us for the hotel fee. This was not written anywhere or posted anywhere that we could find, so we called Expedia who said we were only supposed to have the $100 hold for incedentals, which we never use. They called the front desk and then advised us to get a receipt showing the charge. We asked for a receipt which they could not give it to us until the morning, according to the front desk. They also said “Expedia knows we charge the fee”. Apparently, they did this to every customer who booked with a third party. In the morning, they told us we would have to get the receipt from Expedia. When no wouldn’t be take for an answer, we were given a receipt with $4 of the money refunded. It blows my mind that they can just charge more money, just because with no explanation after you are already locked in. This seems like a shady scam. If it’s not, this should be placed on a website as an expectation when you are booking through a third party.

In my opinion, the snacks sold at front desk are extremely high, example bottle water $6.00 per bottle.

The staff was very friendly but the place hasn’t been well maintained. It was clean enough and safe enough. Our biggest issue is that the toilet wasn’t flushing when we arrived, and they had no one on site to fix it and no way of moving us. They did send someone out to fix it and they were courteous, but they work our toddler up because they came out so late. I was happy with how the staff handled it but it was a major inconvenience to not have access to a toilet for a while.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating. My room had a bit of a musty smell and it looked like there may have been mold on the ceiling that was painted over but overall the hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was lacking but fresh.

Everything at this property is broken.Tho entry door didn’t work, my room door never worked the mini fridge didn’t work. Reported to the front desk and while some of the items were corrected others never were. Also none of the treadmills or the stationary bike in the fitness center worked.

We found many hairs on our bed upon check in, indicating the sheets may not have been changed. Mold along the top of the tub. Front desk staff very friendly and accomodating but cleaning staff, when stopped in the hall to ask a question, just stared at us with no clue when we asked a simple question ('where are the stairs?').... maybe didn't speak English??

First thing was the deposit amount of $25 that is listed is NOT correct they actual hold $100. They refused to give back depost and when asked to speak to Manger was placed on hold only for the person answering not being the Manger but someone else passing a other message and didn't resolve anything.

Negative stars
To start the check-in was terrible. We paid for a king room with a jacuzzi, they gave us a double with a shower. When we went and showed them our receipt they said they were out of King rooms. Then she found one that was "an upgrade" but basically she upgraded us to the room we paid for. The toilet only occasionally worked. The jacuzzi tub didn't. The TV didn't work. The bar soap was like clay and the beds were uncomfortable. There basically wasn't anything good about this hotel.

Don’t stay there bad
Hi my stay was horrible from the front desk clerk to the manager. How about they clean the carpet while I was still check in the room. They have unlisted incidental fee a 100 dollar that started the day before I arrived I was not notified before my arrival. Also the beds in the first room I was checkin to was looking like the spring of the mattress was poking out. The next room the bed was the same. I kept getting notes from management under my door everyday.
