Bed could be more comfortable...

Good value. Staff is fantastic...very helpful. Computer in Business Office is junk.

Last minute reservations.

Pros: Best price online for last minute reservation.
Clean and wonderful! Good breakfast. Called after 7pm. Got two rooms on different floors but were happy to have them. Our original motel had bed bugs. This was such a great experience.

Convenient location in Town 'n' Country

Pros: New and clean. Excellent breakfasts, great unlimited coffee in the lobby. Excellent maid service
Cons: Put a microwave oven in the breakfast room and a commercial toaster or toaster oven.
Location: There is a nice selection of fast food & moderate priced restaurants on Hillsborough and Waters Avenues and to the north on Sheldon Road
Poor "High Speed Internet," worse than dial-up, unusable. I found out subsequent to my stay that the problem isn’t necessarily with the hotel, it seems to be endemic in the Town “n” Country area. The new local ISP just doesn’t have the infrastructure to support the customer base and it’s slow and unreliable everywhere in the area.

Lack of understanding or compassion

We decidedo to stay at the hotel for the convenient location for our stay. A trio that was supposed to be 3 days ended shortly because of a snow approaching the northeast where we reside. We called the airline and we were switched to a flight a day earlier. The car rental agency credited us for the used day but the hotel manager refused and offered for us to stay the night after explaining we were leaving to catch a flight. We spoke to Expedia who was great and the Corporate offices of the hotel chain who were equally accommodating but informed us that it was up to the hotel manager to credit the unused day. He refused. What could've been a great rating and an ending to a good weekend became frustration and disappoint when Mr. Mayur refused to accommodate our extraneous circumstances.

Great Staff! Makes the Experience

Location: Right by the airport. Convenient location.
Jori at the front desk went above and beyond for our stay last week. She was the only staff on site, and bounced around all night. She was very pleasant, told stories, and helped us secure a roll-away bed for the night. She even delivered it to our room after an hour of running around. The continental breakfast was also above and beyond. We woke up on a Wednesday morning to a full selection, of warm, fresh food. There was a staff member restocking the food, and cleaning up the dining area. A great place to stay! Definitely wish we could have stayed another night.

Pros: Staff, And Overall Condition of Hotel was spot on.
Location: Restaurants and shopping nearby Nice little taco/Mexican restaurant within walking, authentic Mexican Food worth the visit.
Stayed here for business no complaints, The Country Inn & Suites does it right. Very comfortable and a great experience from the staff to the cleanliness. This hotel is well kept, no corners cut. I can assure that you will not be disappointed.

Very nice motel.

Pros: Clean hotel and friendly staff.
Cons: No suggestions.
Location: Close to the airport bug didn't find things to do that was nearby.
We were very pleased with the overall condition and staff. Also, the breakfast was very good.

The pictures are definitely better than in person. This hotel looks really nice from the outside. The inside is old and run down even with a new coat of paint. The bed was made very strangely. The first layer of sheet on top of the fitted sheey was a queen size bed sheet and that would have been great of it was a queen size bed. The problem was it was a king. The other problem was that the queen size sheet was on the bed sideways. the part of the sheet that should have been at the head of the bed was at the side. The comfortor was tucked in half way under the matress so it only pulled up to my belly button. (Until I fixed it.) The thing that I like doing the most in a hotel is re-making the bed. The cover sheet to the comfortor was a king-size sheet but was also tucked in all the way to the middle of the mattress and only came up to my belly button. I yold the person at the desk and while he acked concerned, he said the owners want the covers to look a certain way and wasn't sure they would care. It definitely looked nice but who wants to sleep with the sheet or comfortor pulled up to their belly button?
