Typical nice but not over the top hotel worked for a in between drive and was really nice staff was super helpful. Bedding was super comfy and clean. I even had a allergy issue with the scent of the complimentary soaps in the shower and they were nice enough to drop off unscented

The stay was good just did not have the room ready by 3 the one I ordered so I had to get another room. The women who was at the bar was hiding so we couldn't see her and she had no idea what she was doing. We asked about the mimosa flight that was advertised she look confused.

The staff was wonderful and very kind. The room was clean, although one of the beds had lumps, and was very uncomfortable. However, the other bed was comfortable, but that meant that two people did not sleep well. The pool was also a strange color. The water did not appear to be clear.

This was a surprisingly pleasant experience at this Marriot. I was not familiar with it. Although the outside of the hotel was older, the interior and the room was updated, clean, and smelled fresh.

My client spoke to the front desk and let them know everything was great except the cockroaches he saw on his last night, so he was pretty disturbed about that but everything else he really liked.

When we were parting ways (us to Virginia, my parents to Michigan), she was so kind I wanted to come back to the hotel because of her! My credit card was used fraudulently to book this room. After several times of trying to work with their Operations Manager, I was denied and charged. I cancelled my credit card but found the people to work here quite rude, hiding behind ridiculous “formalities” even though they could have tried to help. I will never stay at a Marriott property in the future based on the employees at this one.

Overall nice and clean place. Price was quite high but perhaps that was due to time of year. My biggest issue is I was told on the phone that we were down for a late check out at 2:00 p.m., then we were subsequently told that they could not honor that.
