The hotel itself could use some updates, but the staff was so excellent that it made it worth it!

Fairly rude staff.

Promised by an online Marriott rep to get a discount on the rate once check in. Upon arrival staff was less than willing to listen and assist. They spoke of the Marriott customer service as it was an outside agency that had nothing to do with their franchise. Very disappointing. Business center overcharges occurred to us on a recent Tampa bay Marriott Waterfront hotel visit in February. Profit driven and abrasive behavior will end our Marriott relationship forever. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Great Stay

Rude staff

Front desk lady was really rude. Waited about ten minutes because there wasn't anyone at the front desk. The cook from the bistro across the hall had to go find her. The room smelled extremely bad very musty . ShowEr was dirty . Had this hotel booked for 2 nights. But I immediately checked out and requested a refund. The manager said he would call me and never did. Good thing I booked through Expedia they were able to get me a refund .

No hotel security

Party goers and wild yelling in next room all night and staff did nothing. No night security is concerning.

Clean and friendly hotel

What I want to comment on is the great experience and service we received at the front desk from Jessica and the other girl as well. They were wonderfully friendly and helpful.
