Nice but no parking!

The only big negative about this hotel was the parking. There really wasn't any. You either had to valet park or walk around the block. Also the noise was pretty loud during the night (a train). But the hotel itself was really nice. I also did not like how the check in clerk had to take my credit card and walk behind a wall where I could not see her.

Thank you for your feedback about your recent stay. I apologize that you felt parking was an issue. Like in most major cities parking downtown is a premium. We have tried to make it as easy a possible. We offer both valet and self parking. Our lot as mentioned is locate behind the hotel and you have to walk the one block but if you so choose just do valet. Pull right up to the front door and we will take your car. Our parking charges are $14 per night for self parking and $17 for valet parking so it is not that much more for the valet service. Again, it is a downtown location but feel that the parking options are favorable and we try to make it as easy as possible. Thanks again for the feedback and safe travels!

Beds very comfortable but smaller than normal beds. Bar closed early, had to walk several blocks to package store. Very nice staff and manger. Easy access valet. Very professional.
