Not as advertised

Pros: Location near the Airport
Cons: Yes, increase parking availability, Charge Description that free breakfast not offered
The description at Expedia stated Free Breakfast , the Hotel management stated it was not true. Parking was not available and the staff was not interested in helping. The location of the Hotel not well marked, you have to look hard to find it

Thank you for your honest feedback. I apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. Some of the rates with Expedia do have breakfast included, but there are only a few. We will ensure that the staff is very well aware of the rates with Expedia that do include breakfast.

Gunshots and no power

Aside from being greeted by the Tampa PD, who were investigating reports of "rapid-fire" gunshots in the parking lot, the electrical recepticals didn't work in our room.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We have looked into this, the police was here to investigate a call which was not substantiated. We apologize for the recepticals in the room, sometimes the GFI will trip without our knowledge, and the reset on the receptical needs to be reset.

Great to get to the airport fast.

Location: No time to check this out.
I was only here for 5 hours I was at the beach all day. I stayed here to get the airport fast 8 minutes I was there. I did not really have a chance to look at anything. The room was very clean very nice.

Great staff. Great location and spacious well laid out rooms. My room had a weird overpowering smell from the cleaning agents but otherwise a lovely stay.

Polite staff and comfortable stay

The front desk was always friendly and helpful to answer my many questions as I was unfamiliar with the area. I wish breakfast was included in the price of the room, but they did have facilities to eat in the building. Beds were comfortable and our needs were met. I would recommend a room facing the pool as it cuts down a bit on the traffic noise from the highway. And, FYI, the pool is not heated in the winter.

All I wanted was Coffee

Good Morning, The hotel was excellent, the location fantastic and the hotel staff was helpful. I only have two issues, 1) they were cleaning the rugs and cleaned the rugs while we were out of the room, We were advised of this upon arrival, but wed didn't have a note on our door so we thought the job was done. I would have rather not come back to damp carpet, however I realize you have to do what you have to do. My main issue was the coffee service, or should I say lack there of. We had one tiny cup machine in one room with one pack, and the only coffee available in the Lobby was a Starbucks. This meant I had to wait over 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. The line was 12 people long but the patrons had difficulty with the breakfast choices, one from column A or column B, etc. Then there was the time it took to decide upon a "Double Carmel Mochachino with two sugars and a "Sweet & Low" and then make it along with the breakfast. I avoid Starbucks for that reason. All I wanted was a cup of Coffee at the Hotel which I had to stand on line for over 15 minutes.

Very nice, clean - no issues

Pros: Very nice stay at reasonable rates
Cons: Approaching from Westshore Boulevard, difficult to see entrance because signs are all at tree level, thus hidden. Either add or move signs or trees.
Very nice stay at reasonable rates. Reception staff welcoming, helpful. Small bistro bar/restaurant on site - good coffee.
