On Saturday, we were gone all day long and when we returned from our daylong outing our room was never cleaned. We left early in the morning around 10:00 a.m. ans returned around 5:00 p.m to a Un-cleaned room where the beds were never touched, the trash wasn't taken out, and we had no fresh showers! Unhappy customer

Great people, great staff, great stay! The shuttle service will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius (which is a lot considering how centrally located the hotel is) and is a definite value add for the hotel! Can not rave on our time there enough!

Nice hotel for the money

Pros: Location, price
Cons: Needs more parking
Location: Close to downtown Tampa and other area attractions
This was a short one night stay for us - hotel is nice - would stay there again

Location a five minute drive from airport

Pros: Easy to get to freeways. A lot of parking .
Location: Restaurants in lobby and great restaurant within walking across park lot
Good restaurants just across park lot only complaint it said $89 for the room but when we booked it said closer to one hundred dollars not sure why? Terry

Good airport hotel

Good hotel if your choice is near the airport . Not so good for quiet . It's next to the highway 75. Rooms are nice but seem a little dark

One night

After stayin for one night there was a bottle of water that was drinking from. Then going to take shower there was a towel that was used on the door, the tub did not drain so I showered in my own dirt and the bed was made.

Great location to be near it all.

Staff is awesome, great personality & very hospitable made trip feel right at home plus shuttle service to get you around. Booked way in advance with requests for room with 5 so attention to detail could have helped being only enough towels provided for 3 until we asked, otherwise for being on vacation from California over the weekend to celebrate a brothers birthday & attend a NFL football game it was a very stress free enjoyable stay. Thanks again and shout out to Debra at the counter!

Small room for for three adults. no fridge. Not set up properly for the 3 guess.
