We arrived on day of check in and they assigned us a suite on the second floor, when we pulled up to it there was a huge water leak outside the room and a floor dryer running. I did not want that outside our door and likely inside as well so we went back to front desk and got a second room, this one up on the 6th floor. We smelled a moldy smell walking in but decided to just stay for the night, we all woke up congested and coughing, our baby had a terrible night of sleep. We asked for a third room which was back on the second floor and also smelled moldy! At this point I tried contacting hotels.com for help and they called the hotel on our behalf but nothing came of that. When we returned to the hotel later that day we asked for a different room and this one was sprayed heavily with something that prevented us from smelling the moldyness, and we finished out our stay there. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, would barely call it a 3 star place. In the rooms we entered we saw multiple bulbs that were out, a shower with no shower gel filled, a shower curtain that was put on backwards, flickering lights, a kitchen sink that was being held up by broken leg pieces, broken towel holder, terrible shower pressure, carpet stains that were covered up by furniture, etc. overall a terrible disappointment.
