It's in a good location with a good view. The restaurant isn't much but the food was good. The walls of this hotel are SUPER thin, you can hear people talking through them and when they turn the TV on you PRAY they turn it off before you go to bed.

This was a great hotel for business travel. They did have a big group of girls in for the time I stayed, making it noisy and crowded. The hallway leading to my room smelled like marijuana and my room was inconsistent with temperatures, but in general it did the job!

Rooms were not cleaned and not maintained, we moved from one room because the room had sheets that had not been cleaned. When we got to our second room we didn't have a clean bathroom and was moldy. For being a Double Tree property you would expect the hotel to be in good condition but it needs much updating and will not be staying at this hotel or another double tree property. Even the pool needed to be cleaned and maintained. This property is a 1 star in my opinion maybe a 2 star just because of the location and amenities.

All in all, everybody was very accommodating and helpful. The only bad thing that happened was when I got home from my trip, I was checking my cc account online, and they had charged my card for the stay (I had already paid through Expedia). Expedia took care of it very quickly, and all is good.

The staff seemed pretty disorganized. They put us in a wrong room, then after unpacked tried to move us again. Half the staff seemed pretty annoyed if you had a question. There isn't much in the area so plan on ride sharing everywhere.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I had a pool/water view, but the window was so small and behind the bed so I didn’t get to appreciate the view so much. The room felt like a prison cell. The room had a very musty odor and there was a small black hair in the shower from previous guests. The carpets were dingy, the hallways were dark and depressing, and the hallway walls looked filthy. The toilet ran, the shower water pressure was weak, and the water temperature never got truly hot. There staff were fine and the beds were pretty comfortable, but I still will never stay here again.

Pass on hotel, but nice area
The room was not clean. The toilet and shower leaked all night making it impossible to sleep. Also blinds didnt close and they were cleaning windows outside so my wife felt so uncomfortable.

I have been to this hotel 6 years in a row for vacation. Staff needs some improvements. servers do not speak English. English should be a requirement when you are serving the public and you want your customers stay to go smoothly. If you go to this hotel... ask for VERONICA... she is amazing.

Terrible disappointment
We arrived on day of check in and they assigned us a suite on the second floor, when we pulled up to it there was a huge water leak outside the room and a floor dryer running. I did not want that outside our door and likely inside as well so we went back to front desk and got a second room, this one up on the 6th floor. We smelled a moldy smell walking in but decided to just stay for the night, we all woke up congested and coughing, our baby had a terrible night of sleep. We asked for a third room which was back on the second floor and also smelled moldy! At this point I tried contacting hotels.com for help and they called the hotel on our behalf but nothing came of that. When we returned to the hotel later that day we asked for a different room and this one was sprayed heavily with something that prevented us from smelling the moldyness, and we finished out our stay there. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, would barely call it a 3 star place. In the rooms we entered we saw multiple bulbs that were out, a shower with no shower gel filled, a shower curtain that was put on backwards, flickering lights, a kitchen sink that was being held up by broken leg pieces, broken towel holder, terrible shower pressure, carpet stains that were covered up by furniture, etc. overall a terrible disappointment.

If it was included in my room, I did get there about five minutes till 10 AM and as she proceeded to rudely tell me no that’s not part of your room price she closed the door and said well it’s after 10 AM anyway then asked if they had hot chocolate and bagels on their menu, instead of showing me a menu or looking at a menu, she rudely, replied I don’t know. Felt like I was putting her out by asking a question and getting there five minutes before the buffet closed definitely needs education and manners and how to address guest of the hotel.
