Very clean. Staff is very nice.

I was really pleased and impressed with my stay. The staff was very friendly. My room was huge for one king sized bed. It had a living room with pullout sofa in the front. It was all very clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back.

It was a surprise to have free drinks and snacks in the evenings. Great for relaxing after a tiring day.

We enjoyed our stay, but was disappointed when told at check-in that I would not receive my Hilton Honors points because I booked with Expedia. I did not read this anywhere as I was booking. I think this is disceptive!

Great place to explore the greater Tampa area

Pros: Location, staff, service
Cons: Good food, but service on the slow side
Location: Hotel is just off I-75. We were in the area to visit 55+ communities and many of them are located along the I-75 corridor.
Great place, great staff, great breakfast,great happy hour. We got a great rate. Certainly would recommend the place

Nice hotel with good amenities

We like Embassy Suites as there is a lot of room in the suite and comfortable. We did go to Happy Hour and was disappointed in the choices of snacks put out for the travelers. Sugar coated pineapple slices and bread cubes that you could put pizza sauce on with cheese. There was a group of children in the lobby and the snack items were not filled before the children emptied them. Not a good experience in that area but have been at Embassy Suites which are stellar.

Beautiful hotel with clean comfortable rooms

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It was the best breakfast I have had at a Hilton property in years!! Kudos to the chef who prepared our omelettes. And the bacon was actually cooked to perfection.. not raw and flimsy!! My only negative comment is about the check in staff. I reserved two rooms... one for my husband and myself and the other for my daughter, son in law and 2 year old grandson. When we arrived at 2:45 pm to check in the staff person on the left told me there were no adjoining rooms and they too full to even look. She put us in rooms on different floors. My daughter went to the staff person on the right who kindly offered two rooms next to one another. It really didn't take much effort to accommodate us. The lady with the long dark hair was not interested in making us feel welcomed and I am a Hilton Honors member who spent over $300 for one night.
