I enjoyed my stay here for a work conference very much. I have literally no complaints. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. The items up front were so nice and the Starbucks came in handy a few times. The hotel App was excellent for room key. Texting was nice for check out and questions. Being able to leave my bag at the front desk so I could attend my conference before leaving for the airport was so nice! The walkway to the conference center was so convenient. Was able to walk downtown to get something to eat as well. Location was amazing. The room was wonderful. Clean and comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again for sure.

Every one was ridiculously awesome, from the parking attendant to the bartender to guest service, just amazing. The hotel was exactly phenomenal looking as described in pictures. The room couldn’t have been more perfect, plenty of space for a family. Free drinks was a superb discovery. And complimentary breakfast had to be the best hotel food period. Made to order omelets. Boom. Loved my time. Wish I didn’t have to leave. Gonna be ruined using another hotel chain.

Breakfast was well run and facility was clean. The pool was on the smaller side but great for the kids. Great location in Tampa and walkable to the riverwalk and convenient to the streetcar/trolley. We parked in the convention center and they should make guests aware that's an option if they don't wish to valet as there is a walkway bridge.

They gave us a room that someone else has complained about (likely the strong marijuana smell) the previous guest obviously laid on bed, spread wrinkled pillow with head indentation. When I called the man said we moved you to 508. I said that was obviously the initial person who complained not me. They issued us a room that had been reported and never cleaned. They did give us a clean room but I had my 96 yo mother with me. The move was hard on her after riding 6 hours and should never had happened. Shame on just trying to reassign a room that had been complaint against without inspection and cleaning.

My visit was ruined because they did not have a room for us even though we booked and prepaid a month in advance. We had to find another hotel after the hockey game we came to see. Totally soaked from the heavy rain and had to change clothes in the rental car.

Check in was a nightmare. Waited till 5:30 for our room. Still wasn’t ready, or at least wasn’t reported as ready. Then they ended up putting us in a different room than we booked. Frustrated.

The property was extremely crowded during our stay and only 3 of the elevators were working so wait times were extremely long. We paid extra for a 2 queen room and they did not have one available. Our first room was dirty and the toilet was not working. I believe the property is due for a refresh. The positives: breakfast was excellent and the staff did their best.

When we got there, there were so many people in this hotel you could not get up and down the elevators for at least a half an hour or more. Valet parking was horrible. I had to wait for a car for at least 1/2 hour and what time they even forgot to bring our car out. Understaffed. Had to call twice for towels and washcloths. I never cleaned up our room until the third day. Said they were sorry, but just didn’t know when they could get somebody there Call the front desk for some not quite emergency, but some quick needed information about the locality of the place they put us on hold and never got back to us. There was no alternatives to using valet because there’s no parking around. The only reason why we stayed there ways to get across the street to the ice hockey rink for ONE game. Don’t waste your time come in with an Uber and stay somewheres else.

Great location and lots of beautiful walking areas outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of a face lift as the room had several broken or damaged items in it including major scratches on the wall and broken lamp shades. Had I not been present for the Florida bar and they not been sold out of rooms I would have asked to switch, especially given the cost of the room and the daily added fees outside of the 3rd party booking charge. Albeit I am not sure regarding the quality of the rooms- there are many hotel options in the same area, all in close walking distance, especially to the convention center.

Paid for bay view with tub. Was told there is no bay view rooms with tubs. Offered us smaller room overlooking street. We stayed with shower. Room was clean and overlooked Convention Center mostly, with partial view of River, not bay. Street below was noisy. We were on. 14th floor. Staff was kind but not sure we were told the truth about no tubs in bay view nexuses clearly that is what my booking said. It was very convenient to Amelie Arena. Met some nice people. Breakfast was fine and fresh . Pets are allowed so when dogs barked in main lobby, you could hear it all the way up to the highest floors. The lobby it’ll is open all the way up. We didn’t have time to go working the hotel. Parking was easy. Remember, you pay $40 a day to park which is crazy to me. Rooms are expensive but what isn’t anymore. Booked through Expedia and they have us a credit for not having the tub we booked. We just wanted what we paid for, nothing more. Hotel did comp Our parking for the mess up but I would have much rather had the tub for my wife.

The parking and area around this property is full of construction and re routed traffic. Very hard to get into. Im in a wheelchair and i had asked for a handicap room but wasnt given one. So no shower or ability to use the bathroom at all for me. Its an old property in need of a facelift.

Add destination fee $25 per night!!!! Valet parking $45 per night!!! No information about this when I booked. Terrible customer service Bad quality of bedding/ pillows/matress . Totally not worth it

Great hotel to stay for a WWE event at Amelie- was basically next door. Free full breakfast and 90 minute open bar in early evening were nice extras.
