Dirty, loaded with roaches, no ice on site if you want ice you have to use ice trays. Air conditioner only workef for 3 hours. GROSS bathroom.

A very reasonable priced comfortable hotel with a very nice room that was very comfortable and good size for longer stay.

Don't count on having a room

They overbooked us, transferred our reservation to another hotel. Confirmed our room at 8pm that evening as we boarded our plane. Arrived and went to new confirmed location. They oversold our room and wouldn't even let us in to help. Stranded at 1am in Tampa with 2 kids and no room to stay. Never again, and will never use Expedia again!!!

Booked a room on memorial, theu didnt have any rooms available and had to send me to another hotel.... the staff was nice at the other hotel but I disnt enjoy being told that they rented my room out.... caused a lot of extended travel and time...

Nice hotel close to the TIA

Friendly front desk. Clean & quiet rooms...size of room was nice and the air conditioning worked amazingly

Very comfortable and nice room with the exception of a few roaches. Hotel staff was excellent and very prompt to put me in another room due to A/C failure.

Roach hotel!

Roaches, and not palmetto bugs, but roaches. Dog crap in the middle of the hall. Obnoxious people yelling at all hours of the night. Recipe for disaster. Shouldve paid ME to stay there.

My stay was only 1 night, so my experience is really "first impressions". Hotel staff was really very nice, pleasant, helpful and professional. Overall the hotel looked fine, but the smell in the 2nd floor hallway to my room was not nice and not welcoming t all. Maybe it is just a humidity issue, but I think should be addressed. The toilet in my room had issues, running, leaking and creating a lot of moisture that could become a mold and health issue over time (not an issue for my 1 night stay, but pointing it out since it should be addressed, I also reported it to the front desk when I left).

Although booked on Expedia, and payed, they gave priority to another individuals and left me out at 11.00 pm ! Unbelievable management and terrible treatment I would definitely not recommend if you want to just get in the hotel as you may be out...
