Staff listen. Close to shopping.

Hotel staff very receptive to concerns we had about our room. She was able to move us to another room with hesitation.

Nice quiet area

Such a refreshing pet friendly hotel

This ESA was completely different from the one in Columbia SC that was like a motel for hookers and drug dealers...this one was clean and didn't smell like smoke! The staff was nice at this location also so no different that the other. The room was clean and comfortable and had plenty of space. The bathrooms were stocked and clean. All the towels and linen were clean also.

Prostitution headquarters

Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Pretty much everything. Way over priced for what you got.
Location: Hookers and meth! Great if you are into that.
Several prostitutes and drug addicts seem to call this place home. Also the hotel had a rat issue. Not mice but rats!

Dirty pillow casea and uncleaned. Will NEVER stay here again even if offered for FREE.

I've stayed here twice. Both times the room smelled bad, wasn't clean, and found roaches in the bathroom. This stay was worse than the last. There was a woman's hair all over. Literally piles on the bathroom floor, on the bath mat... they didn't sweep or mop the bathroom. The tub and kitchen were dirty. I was really disappointed. The breakfast consists of a few packaged muffins and coffee. Nothing exciting there. Laundry facilities were not all functional. Bottom line, I won't be staying here again. There's other hotels on the same street for less and you get daily housekeeping.

Pros: Convenient to the football stadium and restaurants
Cons: There were ants in the room. No ironing board. No utensils to be an extended stay. No continental breakfast like it was advertised. No room service if you're staying 2 days or less. We locked our keys in the room and all we had to do was tell the front desk and she gave us another one.... no ID check or anything.

Not the best place to stay

Pros: The day staff was very friendly. Room was nicely spaced and very insulated to where you couldn't hear any noise from airport. We were on level one with window
Cons: It states complimentary breakfast on website, but it is a grab and go bar with just muffins and granola bars. The night crew were very unpleasant. One of the night stand lamps had NO lightbulb in it. Took 2 visits to get them to give us one that fits. The housekeeping cleaned our room once for a week stay and didn't replenish anything. The bed was made for us and they took out trash. They only gave us 1 towel per person for the whole week. We had to ask for more toilet paper the day after housekeeping was scheduled because it wasn't stocked. I felt like I had to ask for so many things at this hotel just to have a comfortable stay.
Location: It is honestly the most convenient location. Minutes within the mall,airport, and interstate.20 miles from Clearwater beach.

These services can be requested more frequently for a small fee. I am sorry our front desk staff did not properly communicate this to you.
