We (my self, boyfriend and our 5 kids) arrived at the hotel at 2:45 AM stood in the lobby until almost 4 o’clock in the morning while the attendant tried to check us in she then sent us to two separate rooms that were occupied with families that we walked in on, and when we finally did get an empty room, it was around 4 AM And the room was dirty just not clean Pull out couch was dirty and stained had no sheets no blankets no pillows.

Close proximity to airport and dining options. However, property is very dated. The hallways smelled of marijuana, the lighting was dim, the beds hard as concrete, no water pressure for shower or sink, and the noise from other guests continued throughout the night making it difficult to impossible to sleep. I do not recommend and will not stay here again.

Breakfast was so bad they said snacks will be until 9, but we went there many time around 8 and 7:30 the area was so dirty and disgusting, I requested to upgrade as platinum membership the front desk guy he gave a room for disability, and when we went to change it the best day they were a room available for queen bed , but he didn’t want to help, if I explained this our anniversary and my fiancé coming from deployment, still gave the bad room in the begging until next day we went to check the other lady explained that the room fo disability,the worst service ever . This is not professional., the hotel is so disgusting and nasty the smell of the room unbelievable

Room needed an update plugs didn’t work spider webs in the room. Floor needed to be cleaned. I paid for a room I didn’t sleep in I left. I took this room to sleep closer to work I lost out on a days work because I wasnt comfortable.

The rooms were no cleaned. It smelled like smoke. We had to get everything we needed from the front desk...if someone was there... NEVER AGAIN!! For over $500 for one night. This is no 4 or 5 start hotel.

No street sign to the property, located directly behind a strip club, not a family hotel Room #131, Shower head hanging, Bathtub old and scatched up.Hair dryer missing, vanity top stained and scratched up, pull out couch mattress disgusting, no desk help in AM for early check out. windows not locked when arrived on first floor. Should not open on first floor with schetchy traffic walking by. Don't know if I got my mandatory $100 fee back they take at check in, hotel needs major upgrades and identity revamp, Never again will stay at this chain

While the property was adequate for our stay, it was basic. The property and room were clean and neat. Staff was friendly. We walked across the road to Olive Garden. A steakhouse was next door. We were shocked to find that there were no kitchen supplies in the room. Everything was held at the front desk. Even glasses had to be requested.

It is not a safe place for families with children. The hotel is dirty and has a strong smell of marijuana. From the moment you enter you realize that people use the hotel for housing, prostitution and drugs. The hotel is next to an adult entertainment club. We paid for a room with two queen beds and they gave us a room with a full bed and they indicated they could not make the change because they were full. The room was poorly cleaned and we noticed that there was an open prophylactic under the bed. We went to customer service to report the situation and request cleaning and they told us they were short staffed. They did not have to provide sheets or additional pillows. At night you can hear the dog barking in the rooms, a lot of movement in the hallways with people coming and going and excessive noises. We spent the night because there were no more hotels available and we went to the airport in the early morning to spend the remaining hours since it was a safer place.

The room we stayed in was VERY large! It had a large sitting area with a mini couch & a nice sized kitchen with 2 burners, a microwave, sink & fridge & a very large bathroom. The fridge in our room made a fairly loud buzzing all night- but I'm sure that's not the case in every room. The couch was definately worn but everything seemed clean. Could use updating but it was a clean, decent hotel very close to the airport. The person at the desk checking us in was very nice & friendly & though she said she had a long day, she was very positive & helpful!

We did not have a good experience. Not a good deal. This hotel is located directly behind a strip club. Not actually a family place. Breakfast consist of coffee, small pre-packaged muffins, and envelopes of oatmeal. Walls are paper thin. Our first night, neighbors came in around midnight, and loudly talked all night. Dogs barking in hotel. Room was not well configured. There is a kitchen with full fridge, microwave and dishwasher, but there are no dishes, utensils, or pots and pans to be seen. Fridge was so noisy that we had to unplug it to sleep. Bathroom was dingy and moldy in bath/shower. Hairdryer plug was burned, and unusable. I could go on ….

We were just sleeping prior to a 6 am flight. One elevator was broken, but that happens. The beds were clean and we were able to get a Lyft at 4am. The staff was very nice and friendly.

I had cockroach’s in my room and when I went to front desk it was like a joke. I barely slept due to the uncleanliness of the room. I bought roach spray through UberEats delivery just so I could sleep which I even showed the front desk that I had bought roach spray and it was like not a big deal to them

The customer service was terrible at best!! Tony was a horrible representative!!! I checked in at 3pm the tv didn’t work had no signal!!! Eventually they came and switched the tv out several hours later!! Two heaters in room one blew cold air out on 90 and the other one did work. The toilet stopped up in the morning and we called a hour before check out to let them know about that to come fix before we showered so we would be in maintenance way, which never showed until the time of check out. Then they had the nerve to tell us or threaten us with late fees. Period which I thought was very rude. The front desk guy named Tony was very not accommodatable to the needs of the customers. The manager on duty never came out to address the situation, so if you from out of town don’t come to this hotel

This hotel unfortunately was not what we were expecting. While I don't mind basic, especially when it's just a super quick stay, it smelled like marijuana from the time we got in the elevator. The hallways smelled, the room smelled, and when air kicked on, it smelled more. It didn't feel super safe and just dingy. Do not recommend at all.

Customer service was great, the personnel very polite, helping the check-in process fast. Howeve, I gave it a 3 stars because there were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. This shouldn't happen if the hotel keeps continuos maintenance, but obviously is not happening. Also, around 2 am, one of the guests arrived drunk and put full blast the speaker of the car, and unfortunately there was not night guard to control.

Terrible and smell bad no clean carpets! Bad breakfast just chewy bars and a small mini muffin. Waste my money not included free breakfast! Dirty outside parking!
