Extra charges

I had to unfortunately extend my stay for few hours on the day of check out and they initially said they'd charge me for half of the day but charged me for the whole day (one extra day for just few hours more). When asked about the reason behind the charges, they gave explanations like management changed and thus this new policy the very next morning.

Drugs and Prostitution

I arrived at the Extended Stay around 3am Monday morning. I was awoken about 5pm to a couple arguing and fighting. I fell back to sleep and got up around 8am and heard movement outside my door. When I opened the door, a man in his early to mid 30's had his ear presses up against the door listening directly across the hall. I quickly go dressed and about 30 Seconds later he(pimp guy) was gone. That night I observed 5-6 different men enter that same room at different times along with 2 females present in the room all day. Next door however out of the view of my peep hole was constant door knocks and opening and closing every 20 -30 minutes. Not hard to figure out what's going on there. This hotel needs Security patrol as well as a video surveillance system on every floor.

ok to sleep there for one night, wouldn't extend

No cups in the room, despite an extended stay hotel. Cleanliness was average, bed spread probably hasn't been cleaned between visits. Carpet dirty

Stinky rooms

The rooms smelled terrible. The staff needs to make sure those rooms smell fresh and is clean before a customer checks in. I heard dogs barking in one of the rooms. I see why they smell. I will never stay there again. My linen smelled bad also. I went to the desk to get fresh linen.

Horrible customer service

Checking into the hotel the lady at the front desk was on the phone for about 5 minutes and when she got off the phone she was not very welcoming. She just asked for my credit card and ID. And I left my bathing suit top in my hotel room after checking out, and when I called back they said it was not in the room. And even told them where I had left the top at and they told me it was not there, so not only are they not welcoming they steal their guest items. I will not stay here again, and I visit Tampa a lot.

Nice Stay

Nice hotel, clean and felt safe. Beds were not super comfortable though. Walls on the thin side if you are a light sleep. Staff was friendly. At check in we were assigned a room quickly, though upon entering it you could tell someone had previously smoked in it. We were quickly given a new room and after we got settled in they checked with us to see the new room worked. Great customer service. We will be staying again next time we are in the area.
