Great location, smoke-smelly room

Pros: Proximity to airport
Cons: New carpet, updated rooms - NO SMOKING cleaning.
Outside looks nice and proximity to airport and other things is great, but as soon as I hit the room I smelled SMOKERS have been here! Would not step on carpet in my bare feet either. This hotel needs remodeling in the rooms. Looks very dated and tired. The bathroom and kitchen area were clean. Just was not happy and expected more. The last thing I would be doing here was staying an extended period.

Worn hotel with unconcerned staff

Room dim and dank. No shuttle to airport despite being promoted as having it. No continental breakfast despite being advertised as available. When complaining to staff about lack of airport transportation, no sense they cared.

I was awoke by a woman banging on the doors, which ended up in a loud argument outside my door. The whole incident lasted 20-30 minutes.

just stay overnight very close to everthing I needed to do.it was a good price hotel my only prodlonr was the desk

Location: close to shopping and airport
Stayed to visit family and used this hotel as home base

Very small room but nice.

Room has full size fridge; microwave, sink... but very small; everything is too close. The bathroom is nice.

Hotel was a party place beer bottles in the hallways ect. Staff wanted little to do with guess as possible always had to find them when you needed them no service items in the kitchen no room service for one week and no communication that these were the terms at check in

Hotel is NOT as described. HORRIBLE Experience!!!

Very old motel. Had to get moved several times, as rooms STINK like smoke. When asked for refund to go elsewhere they refused. NO BREAKFAST as listed, consisted of empty pot of coffee, and empty granola-bar container. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Not happy with stay

The covers for bed were stained along with the pillows themselves and I asked for new pillows and they had none. I videoed the stains. I needed ice because we had none in the refrigerator and couldn't get any. No one brought new towels for second night and we had to reuse towels as we came back in after midnight from the championship game. Hotel was not taken care of inside. Not happy and paid way too much for this hotel. Slight smell in room
