The covers for bed were stained along with the pillows themselves and I asked for new pillows and they had none. I videoed the stains. I needed ice because we had none in the refrigerator and couldn't get any. No one brought new towels for second night and we had to reuse towels as we came back in after midnight from the championship game. Hotel was not taken care of inside. Not happy and paid way too much for this hotel. Slight smell in room
