Staff very nice but hotel overall not nice due to being older and worn. Bathroom upgraded and shower nice but carpet worn and stained and roaches in room (killed 5). Urine smell near stairs and not sure if human or animal. Not a very good location. Pictures were not true to actual place or room.

Being in between apartments meant that I stayed longer than I had anticipated. I was disappointed about this, but Tony, the manager, gave me assurances that our stay would be enjoyable and that our accommodations would be met even if he had to personally deliver them. Tony is the best overall, and he merits the greatest title or promotion available!

The staff was very nice. There were some plumbing problems with the bathroom sink. There was hair in the sinks, and counters. And there were roaches.

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable but the exterior was very dirty. I did complain to the manager and he stated they had scheduled the exterior to be cleaned months ago. The exterior needs to be cleaned, and power washed-It was disgusting. until it is cleaned I would not stay there and encourage anyone else not to either.

Not a bad place but our room had cockroaches and other bugs and the bathroom light burnt out too late at night to have it fixed. Only thing in the kitchen was a tea towel no dishes or coffee maker or silver ware. Close to the airport which we needed.

The sink in the bathroom was cracked and dirty looking. It took 10 minutes for someone to come to the lobby desk to check me in. The people in the room Nextdoor were loud and partying with loud music and I sent a message to front desk but nothing happened. It took 30 minutes for me to locate the one hidden trash can in a cupboard. There were no cups or anything like was advertised. The breakfast was a pkg muffin and a pkg of oatmeal or grits. I’m not impressed.

Bathtub faucet dripped and could be shut off. Mold was growing on bathroom walls. Bathroom door would not close. Bugs everywhere, including cockroaches. Sketchy people seemed to be doing a drug deal in the parking lot at 10p. "Breakfast" was hot water and granola packets and prepackaged muffins.
