Nice hotel in Brandon

Hotel front desk staff were mediocre at best. No greetings when you walked up and the front desk attendant when we checked in couldn't give us accurate info about things as seemingly simple as the location of the ice machine, and he didn't even try to find out. Fortunately we didn't need a lot from the front desk. The breakfast was very nice, refilled often and the hotel staff managing the breakfast were quite friendly and professional. There is only 1 elevator in the hotel, making check in and check out with a cart rather time consuming.

Very short stay

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: nothing
Location: Did not stay long as we were just passing through
We had a late check-in and an early departure. Very clean and quiet. Just what we look for when traveling. Breakfast was more than expected.

Perfect location to go to concert at the local amphitheater. Nothing fancy. Just right accommodations. Free wifi, free hot breakfast & comfy bed.
