Nice staff and fresh food on the morning buffet style breakfast. Room was clean and well maintained. The snacks and drinks in the lobby were well stocked and reasonably priced for a hotel.

Nichole at the front desk is amazing. Expedia gave me such a hard time with my reservation but luckily Nichole was there to save the day. The hotel is very clean, updated with great staff and 5 min from Busch Gardens. Definitely recommend.

We stay here every Mother’s Day and several other times a year so that we can go to Adventure Island and Busch Gardens! Our room was clean, cool, and we could see the rollercoasters from our window. Nicole checked us in and was very polite, friendly, and professional!! The entire staff has always been very friendly! Breakfast was amazing!! The pool is always clean and relaxing!! We will be back in a few months!!

The only real complaint is the walking/driving path from the hotel to Busch Gardens' entrance is far. What's stupid is the entrance is technically right across from the hotel, but it's blocked by a GIANT wall. Hampton should really, REALLY, work out a deal with Busch Gardens for hotel customers to be able to cross that wall. (Everything else about the hotel is 10/10)
