Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back. Breakfast was nice and hearty. Super easy to get to, right next to Bahama Breeze. Fantastic sidewalk areas to walk your dog and relax on the benches. Couple things to mention. Pool needs to be cleaned more frequently. Spray bleach under the soap tray in showers, it's funky under there. Please let the night staff be mindful of people sitting in the breakfast area. If we ask to turn down the TV cause it's loud, please don't refuse to do it cause you can't hear your music show.

I am hesitant to rate the hotel a 5 due to the first room I was given. Room 106 (and probably 108) be should be given to the people who check in last. 106 is the first room off the lobby and directly across from the elevators. Very noisy with people checking in late into the night. I had asked to be moved and was not accommodated. The following morning I spoke to Rolanda, front desk clerk, and explained the situation telling her I had an 8-hr drive the next day and could not stay in 106. At first she said it was a sold out hotel for that night and couldn’t do anything. I replied that I didn ‘t know a reservation gave you a specific room. She said she would speak to the manager. After having “breakfast”, she stopped me and said I would be moved. I thanked her. A good night’s sleep and when I checked out Rolanda was on the desk and I thanked her again. The hotel should really think about giving out room 106 only in the evening.

We arrived early morning and the staff got us checked in right away. They offered a good breakfast and gave us an extra hour to check out. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very OK.
Nice people at check in. Very OK hotel. Clean. Older property with a light remodel. Not sure how it’s gets an “excellent “ rating. Pool is tiny and in the parking lot. Gym is a closet with one treadmill and one peloton and medicine balls. Rooms are ok. It is 7 min drive to airport.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, overall quality of room was very poor for what is expected of a hampton inn. mold on ceiling leading up to our room, and room condition was very poor. I would not stay here again.

Room had not.been cleaned properly, wash cloth hanging on shower rod that had someone elses body hair on it. Room had no hot water. Lady at counter was pleasant, she changed our room. She was very apologetic and gave us several snacks and bottles of water for inconvenience.

Friendliest staff i think i have ever encountered in hotels, and this year have travelled a lot for business too! Front desk texted during our stay to ask how things were going. The condition and cleaniliness of rooms, open areas, breakfast etc. were all at the level I expect at Hampton Inns. Hotel is convenient to airport via highway, but not so close there is noise. Located in pretty area with office buildings, lagoon and park.

The room was comfortable. The shuttle service was not notified of my need of their service at 5am. The morning receptionist called the service and they arrived on time so I had no delay.
