Spring Training Trio

Hotel location is great for our needs. Close to restaurants, spring training games, casino, Ybor city. Nice hotel. Clean and a frienfly staff. Thanks.

Pretty gardens

Mostly Disappointed

First and foremost the ad needs to be changed. Picture 19 shows a hot tub that doesn't exist. A few of the pictures are not taken from this hotel. We booked this hotel for the purposes of staying at a hotel with a hot tub. Before I booked I called the hotel to confirm the hot tub actally works and was told it works great. Imagine my shock to find out after I checked in that there is no hot tub. I expressed this to the 2 people at the front counter but their only response is that they are not responsible for the pictures on hotels.com or any other 3rd party sites and since I used a 3rd party site (hotels.com) for booking I need to take it up with hotels.com. Regardless, no apology for being lied to on the phone about the hot tub before I booked this room. Just simply finger pointing back to hotels.com. As for the room well we unfortunately got stuck right next to the stair case. The door to the stair case it loud when it closes. With 2 kids in the room across from us, we must have heard that door close 30+ times. It's no wonder why the room was designed for the hearing imperred. You need to be able to block out sound to enjoy your stay in this room. The room was very clean, sheets very clean, standard Hilton quality. The bed condition not up to Hilton standards. The best part was when we checked out and the lady at the front desk says they have rooms with whirlpools in them and yet unfortunately no one cared to even offer me one of those rooms over the hot tub confusion.

Nice stay - just needs better mattresses

Bed was not very comfortable. Not up to the standards of the "Hilton" brand.
