Great location for all entertainment, dining.

Location: Mall, restaurants, and Raymond James Stadium are all within a 2 mile radius.
The rooms are very cozy and comfortable. Slept very well in king bed.

air conditioner was very noisy. Bathroom smelled sewage . The bed was very clean and comfortable. Room was OK except the bathroom. Bartender was very rude. Wanted to close down and go home and she directly expressed that. Receptionist was very rigid. They gave me a room on the first floor and didn't even want to hear when I asked if they could change it to 2nd or higher floors.

Bed bugs and bad customer service

Bed bugs! Very disappointed in the customer service at the Hilton, both local and corporate. I reported bed bugs to the local management, they came to the room confirmed evidence of the bed bugs and provided a meal voucher and new room. I then contacted corporate and they investigated and said there was no evidence of bed bugs. Not only did I have over a dozen bites, that itched like a bad case of poison ivy, but I had 2 travelers that also witnessed this. I understand bed bugs happen, what I don't understand is they're failure to properly respect their patrons.

Disappointed

Pros: The curtesy bus and the driver
Cons: Food and drink options and speed of service
Location: Raymond James Stadium is very near to see the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play NFL
We could have booked a cheaper hotel but decided on this hotel because of the Hilton name. However we were very disappointed with there being no restaurant had to have food in the bar area with one person serving it took 2 hours for 1 drink and a sandwich. The room had noisy air conditioning and scrapping noises from the floor above thankfully we were only staying the one night!

Hilton...charge for coffee in the lobby???

The Air conditioner did not work… I had to ask three times before they came to the room to actually work on it… Once they finally came to work on it they took the ceiling tile out of the bathroom set it in the bedroom and never put it back… Every time I tried to call the lobby to get a person to talk to nobody answered the phone I attempted that three times… It was a very disappointing experience

Great hotel for corporate events.

Hotel was very spacious and clean. Staff was courteous. Bar and food were pricey but choices were plentiful. Pool was nice and well taken care of. Rooms were average. Needed a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Shower had very little water pressure. Bathroom was clean. Beds were fine and brand new televisions. Overall I would rate this a little above average. The price was right.
