Hotel room was not clean. Hotel was older and many items in room were worn or damaged.

Adequate but nothing soecial

Just an overnight stay but the housekeeping staff screwed up my request for a rollaway bed. When I checked in there was no rollaway bed and when it was finally provided, the staff didn't make the bed. They just left it upright in the room. On the other hand, the shuttle service was good to and from the airport and for dining out. Even though I am a Hilton Honors member, I have very mixed feelings about this hotel and I feel that my stay deserves no better that an 3.5/5.0 rating. The hotel missed a number of chances to create a more pleasing experience.

Convenient location to Tampa Airport

Pros: Location
Cons: Complimentary coffee would have helped for our early morning flight.
Disappointing for a Hilton Hotel, but convenient to the airport. Complimentary coffee would have kicked it up a notch.

Great location

Cons: Unfortunately does not have a restaurant for dinner.
Location: Only 30 minutes to Clearwater Beach. Close to Lowry zoo and Tampa aquarium. Close to airport but not noisy. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.
Great for a long weekend. Close to Clearwater beach and Tampa sites like zoo and aquarium. The hotel is what you expect of a Hilton.

Good hotel. The night shift staff was a little bit apathetic but the morning shift were very friendly and helpful.

hotel with unprofessional rude employees

front desk made error and cancelled my reservation. after one hour at the desk and 2 phone calls to hotels.com we got it figured out. the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never stay here again. and I will not recommend it to anyone. there are plenty of other hotels in the area.

Late afternoon check in to relax prior to a flight out. Staff were very friendly and my room was right in every way. I would definitely come back for another visit.

Couples get away.

Check In was fast and easy. Hotel lounge was superb. I was disappointed in our room, carpets had stains all over and needed to be cleaned desperately. We had a club room with a balcony which I purposely asked for but could not access it because there were wasp on our patio. We did notify the hotel and they sent no one up to spray or check. Disappointed. Room was very accommodating, bed very comfortable. We did not like the tub almost fell twice because of how it was curved. Area was splendid with mall right there and plenty of places to eat or shop.
