Bed bugs and bad customer service

Bed bugs! Very disappointed in the customer service at the Hilton, both local and corporate. I reported bed bugs to the local management, they came to the room confirmed evidence of the bed bugs and provided a meal voucher and new room. I then contacted corporate and they investigated and said there was no evidence of bed bugs. Not only did I have over a dozen bites, that itched like a bad case of poison ivy, but I had 2 travelers that also witnessed this. I understand bed bugs happen, what I don't understand is they're failure to properly respect their patrons.
