The property is clean and safe. The facilities were decorated for the holidays and it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast is good and the personal that prepared it were nice. My only dissatisfaction is the receptionist. When we arrived it seems she was in a bad mood or hated to work there. Not sure if they are well paid. But they should train receptionists or whoever that works with people to be polite and courteous. I had stayed in cheaper places and they treated me better. Otherwise it would have been a great weekend. Customer service is not good in this hotel.
