My room was only clean once during my stay. I had to asked for clean towels daily. The 6pm to 8pm free cookies and ice cream were great. The Continental breakfast as well. I smelled marijuana smoke daily.

Nice area. Close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was really good. only complaint is the carpet and floors in our room could be cleaner but other than that it was a nice place. We’ll definitely stay again.

Just horrible. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again. Check in smooth and staff nice, first night MAJOR fighting in the room next to us. Reported it and received a message apologizing. Son accidentally spilled water on the pillow and THANK GOD he did…. Pillow instantly turned brown. Has to go out and buy pillows. The hotel various times smelled like THC. Man in the front as we left at 9 am drinking a beer. Staff didn’t even care to say anything when I attempted to check out simply pointed at a basket for me to drop the key. Just terrible. Also, the room was filthy. Fridge has old food in it from a previous guest. I can’t even begin to talk about the level of disappointment. Don’t stay here!

Staff was amazing. I love that the bathrooms have full size, name brand shampoo/conditioner, hand soap & lotion. All were Dove. Breakfast was amazing variety. Most places only offer fruit & muffins. They served eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy....they even offered turkey sausage. Super smooth elevator ride. Definitely recommend. Only problem for me was when I booked my room we wanted to add an extra night & it would cost an additional $100 on top of the $200 we spent for 1 night. Bc it was a weekend night we try to add. Overall great place. This will be our go to spot next time we visit Tampa.

Very clean and modernized. Spacious room with nice amenities. Terrific breakfast and evening snacks. Well parking lot and quiet environment. Gracious and helpful staff. Overall a very comfortable experience.

Very nice hotel and very convenient location. Close to many stores for shopping and eating. Breakfast served was excellent with different items every day and lot of variety. Like regular bagels/bread to pancake maker ,yogurt,hard boil eggs ,cereal and juice dispenser, and the lady in charge of the kitchen always checking that if anything is needed. 24 hrs coffe avaliable in the lobby. For kids(and adults😂), they offer free ice cream every evening in the lobby. Nice little lake behind the Breakfast area with few seats so you can eat outside on a nice day. Have a small pool, too. Only thing I want to mention that the room service once they come and if you said that you are not ready yet or you are about to leave they don't come back and you have to ask the front desk for the new towels and stuff. One day, a lady at the font desk dropped new towels to our room when we called, and the next day, we had to get them from there. But overall excellent hotel for family to stay.
