I love the set up of the room. It was very nice and clean for the most part. I didn’t like that breakfast was not included even though I thought it said it did when I booked in Expedia and I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking. Say this in the discription.

Loved that there’s no carpet and rooms seem to be recent remodel. Bathroom with glass shower stall was nice. They painted the ceiling to hide the popcorn ceiling so it was a definite improvement. Roy at front desk was friendly and sweet.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and bed was very comfortable, staff were friendly and accommodating. We liked having a restaurant in the hotel and the food was delicious. We liked the location of the hotel; it was walkable to shopping.

Sewer pipe water kept gurgling and backflowing into my toilet (room 323) the entire time I was there. It was so much water it would loudly gurgle and then spray out of the bowl onto the toilet seat and floor. This happened throughout the night and woke me up several times. This was very unsanitary and made it difficult to sleep.

The room had 2 adjoining room doors, so it was so loud we heard everything. The towel rack was loose and hanging by the nail, the shower head was super low and leaked so bad you could only use one setting. Tub was slow to drain, and there was hair floating around before you even got in. However I did not see any bugs, and it wasn’t disgusting but it definitely wasn’t as clean as one would hope. It was inconvenient that they don’t just have a microwave in the room. The location is not great, I did not feel unsafe , buts it’s also not convenient for anything . One thing I will say is that was the comfiest bed I’ve probably ever slept in. I would say if you are looking for a quick nights stay, it’s definitely not that bad. But if you want a nice comfortable holiday, I wouldn’t recommend it .
