I arrived late when I checked in from traveling for my 2 night stay. Around 2 am the air conditioner in my room began to make a huge loud rattling noise that woke me up and would not allow me to get back to sleep. I recorded the noise and went down to the front desk and played the recoding to the front desk person and he told me there was nothing he could do. There was no maintenance personnel on duty and no manager. I asked to be given a different room and was denied the option. I was told to come down in the morning to discuss it with the manager. I went back to my room very dissatisfied. I went to the front desk at 7:30 am and spoke with the manager. She told me they could have maintenance check the problem. I asked her to help compensate me for my issue and she told me all that all she could do was give me done points on my Hilton honors rewards. The maintenance person was supposed to come up to my room at 8 am. I waited until 8:45 and they had not arrived. I had to leave for my conference. When I returned late in the evening the air conditioner was again making the same noise. I called the front desk was told that they saw a note about the issue and that maintenance was requested but no further notes about any repairs being done were added. I told them I could not have another night of no sleep. I was moved to a different room at 11:00 pm to then experience a toilet that works not stop running when flushed. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this hotel!

Reservation was lost and I am asking for one free night on Saturday night my keys were lost I went to the front desk and they could not find my name in the system. This took about one hour to fix. Unacceptable I would like one free night for the future to make up this trouble

This property does not have the Hilton bed. The bed was awful. Very hard, uncomfortable and we slept horribly and left a day early due to poor sleep.

I was slighty disappointed in the fact that compared to other Homewood Suites I've stayed in this one did not have an oven, and I was there over the Thanksgiving holiday..

Business center not funtional and the phone system failed to make calls to my wife's phone in an emergency. Obviously their system is VOIP and they have no clue how it works. Never again will i stay here or the Hilton properties next door.

Really enjoyed the happy and helpful staff Great breakfast and coffee The gym is way too small with no room to use weights but the equipment was nice maybe remove one of the treadmills I was the only person in the gym all Week There should be a smoking area away from the front door too pot smell

We've stayed here several times while attending concerts at the amp. Very nice place. Clean, safe, friendly staff, and nice breakfast. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I was there for one night for a meeting. The free breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of options. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Having a full refrigerator and kitchen area was a bonus. Room was a very nice size. My only complaint and had I had to stay another night, I would have complained, (but I didn’t), the room was freezing at night. 69 degrees! I tried to adjust the thermostat and it seemed to work but when I awoke the room was still very cold.
