Business meeting

Scheduled a business meeting in one of the conference rooms. Excellent facilities, snacks and lunches were great. Meeting accommodations were excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Elizabeth the cook, the firl in the kitchen was the nicest and sweet person. She was very cheerful and pleasant to everybody there. She would go out if her way to please everyone!!!

Trip was excellent overall. If I could change anything, it would be the food. The breakfast buffet was not up to the standard as the rest of the hotel.

We never stay, because the sistema no have our reservation for the day that I ask on my call, we drive with 2 kids for 9 hours, for no have placeto stay.

Expedia experience NOT pleasant

Pros: The best feature is the hot breakfast served every day in the morning. Great staff and they do produce a great spread every morning!
Cons: A suggestion is to extend breakfast hours so that vacationing families, especially kids, have more time to sleep in!
Location: Very close to Indoor sky-diving. Easy access to freeways. Malls are nearby and enough restuarants in the vicinity
I have used the Homewood Suites by Hilton extensively in my professional travel (Diamond member) and have been always very satisfied with the accommodation. Vacationing with family during this trip, the experience was similar. No complaints as far as the hotel is concerned. We booked 'packaged vacation' thru Expedia - Air, Hotel, and Car. We chose the King suite for our family - two adults, two grown up kids. Expedia website suggested comfortable accommodation, but it was far from it as the space was cramped for a family of 4. We arrived at the hotel Christmas eve 1:30 am and immediately had to contact Expedia. Both the hotel manager and I got on the phone with the Expedia rep, and were essentially told we were out luck and Expedia will NOT do anything to change the situation. It was disappointing to see our vacation getting off on such an unpleasant note. Had this been evident during the booking we would have made different arrangements. But the sadder part is for a corporation like Expedia to treat its customers so poorly. I will choose a competitor next time.

A must for travelling with small children

This hotel is amazing for travelling with small children, infants, or toddlers. The rooms are spacious enough to set up cribs and still have space to move around. The fridge was great for keeping formula and baby food handy. The area is very quiet with almost no traffic. The basketball court and pool were well maintained. Breakfast was the usual hot breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage). One thing I did notice immediately was the shower head was much higher than in a typical hotel. Normally the shower head is really in your face but here it was about 7 feet high.
