Love this fountain! Welcome to Tampa! Because my town rocks! Sunset times 😍 Looking for some great book shopping in Central Florida? Stop by the Oxford Exchange in downtown Tampa for a great collection of new releases, classics, and unique reads! Not to be missed! My favorite book store in downtown Tampa! Hanging out in the afternoon sun watching the boats go by. Sun catcher on campus #picoftheweek #Tampa University of Tampa June 8th, 2012. USA played Antigua & Barbuda. USA won 3-1.
This was my first time at a professional soccer game of any kind. Although it poured about half the time, and the other time it just rained, it was very much worth it. The electricity in the crowd is unlike any other sporting event I've been to. For 90 minutes people are on their feet chanting USA, Dempsey, etc. If you get the chance and like sports of any kind I would highly recommend going, I can say I will be finding other USA games wherever they are and going in the future. Favorite movie theatre in Tampa. This old historic theatre gets the classics to art-house indie releases, and even some cool love concerts. My favorite shopping experience in Tampa! Great collection of unique, vintage and artistic items for your home. Scenes along the waterway that runs to the Bay downtown #wanderlust #Tampa Afternoon of BBQ party well spent on this part of Tampa. Beautiful campus, worth touring and visiting! This one was 3D with the 3D glasses. Impressive! Amazing venue. Is it a cafeteria? A restaurant? A book shop? Doesn't matter...just relax!!! The Henry Plant Museum idea started as a late 19th century and evolved during the early 1900's as a destination known as the Tampa Hotel. But it was it more then a destination. You could go hunting, fishing, play tennis, golf , boating as well elegant dining on meals prepared by culinary chefs from New York City.
Today the museum is a back drop for the campus of University of Tampa. During Christmas season the property is festive with trees, lights and holiday decorations along with a life size Santa in the reading room. Buddy Brew is the best local coffee brew in town. Tampa is a beautiful city, and can best be enjoyed from Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. Stroll the Hillsborough River, visit the Art Museum, catch an outdoor film on the lawn, or grab a beer at a nearby bar. It's a city lover's paradise. RiverWalk GO PACK GO In the pavilion of birds, a friendly employee of the company offered us honest advice: do not spend your money on the nectar to feed the birds; it's so hot out that they aren't very interested in eating right now, but come back in a little while once they're cooled down from their baths. We walked into the pavilion, interested in seeing the birds while opting not to try and feed them, and found the birds flying around like wild, bathing in the pools of water gathering from the sprinklers, and drying themselves on bushes. This little guy decided to show off to me, just before he decided to fly up and sit on my boyfriend's head. Picking our son Greg and his bride Xu at Tampa Airport and saw this beat glass print of life size Tunas. Great views of Downtown Tampa great history Eggs, gyro meat and feta cheese pressed on Cuban bread. Baked kale chips with dipping sauces. I like Newcastle beer despite regardless of tap size, but it can't hurt to try and get an edge. Natural spring leading to Hillsborough river. Now has Water Works park built around it. Great outdoor clothing, shoes, camping, hiking items. Check the sales racks. Come to Publix's upscale grocery store, this is their organic brands store. One of two area locations, in an upscale modern diner space, serves all three meals plus all day breakfast. A truly unique experience at this steakhouse since 1956 in a retro upscale ambience with red walls and flocked wallpaper. Serves dry aged beef, caviar, foie gras, seafood, chicken, duck, good sides, cheeses, and heavenly sweets in their dessert room with private booths with selection of your own music. Take a tour of their kitchen, cheese cave and large wine cellar. Reservations a must. This is original location of an excellent regional chain that offers all types of BBQ: ribs, brisket, chicken, pulled pork, turkey, and sausage. Also has great sides and variety of sauces. However, only compact car parking at this location.
