NO BED BUGSPosted Aug 17, 2015
Location: it was near the interstate so it is close to everything, but in a very bad part of town.
The only thing I can say about this is there were no bed bugs that I could find. This is a poor area of town, but it does not give the hotel the right to charge 60 or 70 a night and maintain the hotel as if it were a by the hour hotel. The area of town should not reflect the hotel service and cleanliness. We were in the area due to a family crisis and I did not really have the luxury of searching the area prior to booking 2 rooms. I was there with 5 children 13-19 years of age. There were drug dealers and prostitutes in the parking lot in the front, and roaches in the rooms. The bathrooms were not very clean, and I was afraid to use the towels. The only plus of the situation was we were close to the hospitals, there were no bed bugs, and there were locks on our doors.

Pros: Helpful and pleasant staff.
Bad part of town, but room is clean and comfortable for a quick cheap stay. Breakfast is very basic continental.

Stranger's coming up asking for stuff like beer and cigarettes telling me that they would leave me alone if I gave it to them. A homeless man taking a bath in the pool

Moldy Cops episodePosted Jul 22, 2015
Tub trimmed in light pink mold, toilet rim had thick black mold (could see when in tub), bad part of town, and there was a urine smell that I could not find the source of (carpet??). The neighbors and other guests were very loud late into the night/morning. Finally Gave up and left days ahead of schedule.

DONT STAY HERE!!Posted Jun 22, 2015
My family and I were in Tampa for the weekend and we decided to stay one night in this hotel. The man that checked us in was very rude didn't even greet us. when we got in the room it looked very dated the bathroom was very dirty and it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. While taking a shower the water in the tub did not go down. Phone in the room was not working. One of the bed sheets had a lighter burn. You can hear the people staying in the room next to us. It was horrible then again what do you except for $60.00 a night... Never again !!

Pros: See Above
Cons: See Above
Location: Good location for my trip!
The front staff was not overly friendly, the room was nice and neat. Bed was comfortable. The desk chair was in disrepair and there was a very limited amount of T.V. stations available the very outdated T.V. The coffee supplies and toiletries were not replenished the second day.The outside is in need of new paint and the water hazards on the walk ways need to be repaired. Not very welcoming appearance.
